We returned to this charming restaurant after 1 year. In our former visit, everything was magic: ambience, service, cocktails (+++) and food. As for food, it was tasty and portions were adequate. On this occasion, we regret to admit that, even though ambience, cocktails and service remained great, food was rather disappointing...portions were halved almost (!) and the flavour questionable and all but gone...rather disappointing indeed. Also, scarce attention of the staff: one main course arrived on our table cold (should have been hot), with barely cooked pasta and incomplete dressing (!!!). It is true that they apologise profusely and did not charge it, but at the same time also visually they could have spotted that something was wrong...and, to finish with, the value for money was, consequently, suboptimal. A pity! We'll not go there a 3rd time, I am afraid...

Accettiamo sempre le critiche costruttive con il massimo rispetto, soprattutto quando, come in questo caso, ci viene riconosciuto anche ciò che continua a funzionare bene: l’atmosfera, il servizio e i cocktail, tutti elementi che fanno parte integrante della nostra identità. Tuttavia, ci teniamo a sottolineare che lo chef è lo stesso della vostra visita precedente, così come lo standard delle porzioni e delle materie prime. L’errore sulla portata è stato reale — e ce ne scusiamo nuovamente — ma abbiamo reagito in modo immediato, prendendoci la responsabilità e rimuovendolo dal conto. Spiace constatare che, nonostante questo, la delusione sia stata così marcata da motivare due recensioni negative. Sarebbe bello — e per noi davvero prezioso — ricevere lo stesso entusiasmo e supporto anche quando l’esperienza è positiva, come lo è stata per voi in passato.

Beautiful ambiance, very good service and a extremely good and tasty Nikkei ( mixed with South American) flavors that will just simply bring your palate to a different location. I’m not a desert person but sotto la Luna was astonishing

Although food was very good and service was excellent. The downside was that my girlfriend got sick off the food and the staff person, that we assume was the service manager, was annoyed that she was sick and that we didn’t have extensive medical knowledge to diagnose her.

Carefully prepared tasty dishes although a little bit light on vegetables. The main vegetarian dish lacked a bit of taste but the main beef dish was excellent. Outstanding starters and amuse-bouches. Impeccable service.
