Service was prompt, but was directed to meat I had not first chosen. Ribeye was ok, but not the size of expected for price. under welled with meal. All furcoat no knickers.

As this was booked table they seemed surprised to see us when arriving on time for the booking. I had to ask to be served as we had been forgotten. Once the had came my pork belly it was great flavour but no meat on this as I do not expect a slice of face only even if it is pork belly. When we had asked for salt and pepper this was forgotten and never brought over. They were more concerned for the bread and face cloth being on the table than actual food and service and catering to our needs.

10/10We had a wonderful evening dining here. The menu was explained and we were invited to the wine cellar - which was extensive - to choose the wine. The meal for all of us was exceptional and the service too. So much so we have booked to return.

8.5/10Good service. Well-equipped wine cellar. Somewhat excessive fat per piece of meat served, totalling in much less than the forecasted "300g" by the waiter. However, tastes are good, wine-pairing done well.

Don’t miss the BBQ ribs. We come from Nebraska. United States where meat and steaks are king, but these slow/low cooked ribs were outstanding. They weren’t covered in BBQ sauce to cover any inferiority. But they did have a hint of BBQ flavor. This is a large dish for sure big enough for two. We also loved starting with the Sushi, again a much larger portion than typically expected in Italy. And it came with a small portion of Beef Tartare. (We had ordered a Tartare as well and didn’t need too.) we also loved the veal and steak dishes. The food and service were splendid. We sat at a table outside that was super quaint and set in a small side street right up from the Duomo but away from the rush of the other tourist filled locations. It as perfect and special. They were also kind and accommodating for young kids.

10/10Fantastic food and fantastic service. They were accommodating with our group's preference to order many dishes for sharing in order to try as much as possible (favorites were the nebrodi lamb and pork belly). Touring the wine cellar in lieu of a wine menu was a treat as well.

10/10I recently visited B.I.F. to celebrate my birthday, and everything was exceptional. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially kind to my young daughter. The kitchen team thoughtfully prepared a delicious meal for her and made sure it arrived quickly. We started with a meat tartare with pesto and burrata, which was aromatic and full of flavour. For the main course, I had a carbonara that was simply first-class in terms of taste, and my wife enjoyed a perfectly cooked, juicy Picanha with a delightful barbecue flavour. Following the staff’s excellent recommendation, we enjoyed a wine that paired beautifully with our dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience. To finish, I ordered a pistachio dessert, and the team surprised me by adding a birthday candle, making the celebration even more special.

5/10This restaurant was much better last year and the year before that. It has deteriorated significantly. They ignored us for a good 15 minutes before we could even have the menues. Before you always got an amuse bouche and a small glass of prosecco at arrival -nothing now. The lamb was heavily undercooked and totally uneatable ( and I like medium rare normally). Will not come back again
