9.5/10The service is very polite, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant is simply furnished but tasteful and pleasant. The food is what I expect from Thai cuisine: deliciously spicy without burning your taste buds. Everything was perfectly prepared; I can't think of a downside. We will definitely go back, highly recommended.

6/10The staff don’t speak Portuguese. They don’t speak English clearly either. Staff should not be sitting at the counter chatting and looking at their phones. They should be constantly attentive to customers. Food quite good

9.5/10Excellent, welcoming service by a charming young lady and young man who were SO helpful and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious, authentic Thai! We have no hesitation in recommending this excellent restaurant and we will certainly go back next time we’re in Lisbon!

5.5/10The place was busy and that’s fine, but the service was forgetful, slow and not engaging. I ordered the steak entrecôte with special “tiger tears” sauce. The sauce was tasty. However, the steak itself was the most stringy piece of beef I have struggled to cut with a steak knife ever. Just not appetizing to eat and, in my opinion, a low quality cut of beef. For 34 euros it should have been tender and a pleasure to eat. Not so much. I would never order that again. Overall, we found the whole affair to be really rather pricey for Thai food and for Portugal. These are prices seen in the USA, not Portugal. Also, the appetizer arrived at our table, but the bottle of wine ordered at the same time took an additional 15 minutes to reach the table. The staff were nice and pleasant, but the whole evening was not a great dining experience.

6/10The pad Thai was terrible. The worst I have ever eaten. It was more like Chinese noodles. I ate three bites and just left it there. Fried calamari arrived greasy, not crisp. Fish was good, as was the spicy green papaya salad. We ate here about a year ago and had a quite good meal, so I don't know what happened. We won't be back. This is a fairly pricey restaurant, so they need to get it right.

Dear Stuart, we are very sorry about this experience. We shared your feedback with our Chefs. As for the pad Thai, we tried to understand the meaning of Chinese noodles ? The noodles are actually imported from Thailand and the homemade sauce is the same since our opening. We served so many pad thai during your visit. As for the calamari, after your first complain, we did again a new Calamari and checked it carefully. The kitchen cannot be only dedicated to one client. Again, the prices are explained by the quality and authenticity . We hope you will find a restaurant that suits better your wishes.

We arrived almost at the end of the service, but were welcomed and seated. Very nice service. The food was well presented, authentic and with lots of flavour ! We definitely will be back...

10/10Very tasty food with the option to wind up the heat on each dish if needed. Papaya salad and scallops in red curry sauce were stand outs for me . Excellent service from knowledgeable staff and nice surroundings .

10/10BAAN was highly recommended by our neighbours. It did not disappoint at all. The food was of high quality and amazing, the service was impeccable when we had lunch on Saturday, August 17th. We wanted to go back for lunch on Sunday but it was unfortunately closed. We will for sure be back when we are in Lisbon. The BEST Asian/Thai food in Lisbon. Keep up the good work!!
