What a hidden gem! We would not have discovered Babines if it wasn't for the Fork. Perfect for a summers evening to be outside in their courtyard. The food was outstanding. My husband loved his hake Ceviche. The pea,strawberry and feta with pesto was also delicious. Our waitress Cameilla was lovely and spoke good English. The Fork discount made the price very reasonable for the high standard of cuisine we enjoyed.

Beautiful setting in the courtyard of a hotel that is beautifully landscaped and isolated from the bustle of Parisian neighborhood in Saint Martin. Menu is limited to four entrees and three main courses and three deserts. Entree was fine but main course and desert were disappointing. Not sure I’d eat there again but would come back for drinks to enjoy the space.

We reserved dinner with The Fork and the experience was delightful! Food was absolutely delicious and was beautifully presented. I had the fish and the coffee cream with cardamom for desert. The main dish was full of flavours, and the portions were just right for me. The desert on the other hand was exactly what I was loooking for, nothing too heavy and fresh and that was what I got. The menu is carefully curated, you have 3 options of starters, mains and dishes to choose from. Although you don’t have a lot of choices, you can also be sure that every single item on the menu is cooked with care and quality. This spot is a hidden treasure and I’ll definitely be back to try the new menus!

First night in Paris arriving from California. The food is much better value for what you pay in where I am from (san Francisco). I think this will be a place where I would visit multiple times, even though I can only come visit when I have time.

Excellent chef signature high French cuisine. Hotel’s restaurant modern ambiance. There weren’t many main dish options (pork, fish or vegetarian) but the dishes were excellent: delicious, exquisite texture and distinctive flavors. I recommend this restaurant.

I really liked the atmosphere and service. The only thing that frustrated me was the fact that the menu was so small. Only had three choices of main. We got the pork with purée which was delightful, however the portion was too small, I would’ve added a salad at least. Overall great food and service, just wished portions were bigger

We had a great time, it's an amazing location for both dates and going out with friends because of the lovely atmosphere and the good connection to public transport and other hot spots! The food was delicious and very filling, we especially loved the mussels and the chicken dishes. Would've loved to try the desert, everything on the menu sounded delicious. Definitely coming back for more!
