Overall good; some wines unavailable.

Went to the restaurant because it’s on Michelin recommended. Took so long for the waiter to come to us for ordering. The food is not great but edible, not at all Michelin level, and we have no idea why Michelin would recommended it. The level of the restaurant: edible but not great

Really good food and good value for money. Decor / Ambiance is a bit uncharacteristic, but we must take into consideration that it is an hotel restaurant.

Seemed disorganized: phone was ringing without being picked up, line of people waiting to be seated…Food was very salty…waiter forgot one of our side dishes which we cancelled. One of the waitresses kept passing by behind my wife’s chair and bumping her each and every time she passed by at least 7 - 8 times during the dinner.

The restaurant lacks creativity in food presentation. The food looks bland. The taste is average, and the environment is uninviting. No atmosphere. We're sorry, but this is not a Michelin-level restaurant.

The food, service and decor was wonderful. Our servers were experienced and attentive. The food was most excellent. We will make reservations again the next time we visit Sardinia.

the food was generally tasty, the staff speaks little to no english, the atmosphere was not pleasant (people shouting, small kids throwing toys on the floor, the staff collecting dishes and cutlery very loudly), restaurant is practically in the same place, where the hotel guests are having breakfast

Food was uninspiring with tiny portions

The food isn't bad, but not exceptionnel either... I'm not a big eater, but I was still hungry after my plate and I was lucky to have bread on the table, I would have been starving without it. Quality vs price isn't good at all.

The food was very much worth the price. The wine we paired our food with was perfect. My kids ate the steak it was very tasty. Everything was very well done and timed just right for us. We would go back here.

Food was decent. We were pressured to choose our bottle or wine and then it took them 20 minutes to take our order. Service was odd, disorganized and disappointing. Glad we did not order the tasting menu. Staff were setting up for breakfast service while we ate. We were duped by Michelin. Should have known better as it is an airport hotel.

We had octopus and red mullet sandwich for first meal and mixed fried sea food plus sliced Angus for second meal. Starters and wine were very good! Main dishes were average. About “Fritto Misto del Mare”, I think you do not need to fry the vegetables with the fish or please state this on the menu. Service is the BEST!!!

Food was great. Staff were on the inexperienced side leading to incorrect food order and poor timing of food delivery. My wife had two entrees expressly asking for one to be delivered with mains, but both were delivered at the same time. One of the entrees was the wrong dish and instead of swiftly correcting the mistake, the waitress was more interested in arguing. We noticed a lot of eye rolling between the staff when dealing with customers. I had the sampling menu which was delicious but again, cutlery service was a bit haphazard. Much better to refresh the cutlery for each course rather than dumping a whole bunch of knives and forks in front of the customer. However, like I said, the food was excellent. Suggest asking the wait staff to repeat orders to make sure orders are taken correctly.

They have very interesting well prepared dishes. However, the beef I had was smelly (probably due to the sauce) and I could not eat eat. As a restaurant serving beef and hamburger, they had no mustard!

Excellent food, service not up to the standards and the heat outside/inside was unbearable. Uncomfortable to seat there, unpleasant to eat under such conditions.

Really is the most delightful find in Olbia. We stay there and eat there - both are great value.

Location is not great, by the side of a busy road but easy to find and heaven of peace inside. The service was very attentive and the fool delicious, the tuna in crusted almonds was very original and extremely tasty, the sabena dessert very a real treat as well. Best restaurant in Olbia in my opinion.

Absolutely delicious food. Great selection, fresh ingredients, full of flavour. The service was good and we were served quickly. The only downfall was the Air Conditioning, which was not working properly on a 32°C day.

A fantastic place to dine in! You can find anything wether you’re up for a traditional food or even an hamburger at decent pricing. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The restaurant is located in an hotel and you can sit inside or outside.

Top notch. We've tried Olivia's number 5, 6, 8 and 10 according to TripAdvisor- and for us Bacchus is by far number 1.

We were here for lunch. Excellent, broad choice, fresh fish, excellent wine suggestion from outmost friendly waitresses. We will return forsure!
