Food was tasty! Good quality! The photo of Carlos Menem who destroyed the country and ended up in the crisis of 2001, next to heroes such as Favaloro, it’s an insult to the Argentinian people.

They were so kind and all of the steaks were perfect. We had pinot noir and it is also very well paired with steaks. We were too full for the desserts but next time I will defenitely try the dessert.

Argentine restaurants with large menu of meats plus entrees. Sweetbread entree is grilled and a bit well done and dry. Skirt steak was cooked bleu and tender and delicious. We did not have desert. The desert menu had some typical argentina specialties. Service was friendly and efficient. The owner speaks English well.

Hi Sir, our meat is first quality, as confirmed by the rest of the comments in the fork. If there was something you didn’t like you could have told us in the restaurant amd we could have changed it for you. Maybe it was not your taste, but not bad quality.

5-star food, 6-star service. Great produce, tender meat, perfect doing. Great flavors and sober presentation. When the materiales are as good, no over-doing is needed. On the other hand, super-friendly staff. Place is small, so better to book. Thanks for an amazing dinner!

Just a fantastic, genuine Argentine restaurant. Empanadas, Bife, Flan...everything just like I remember from Argentina (with less salt!) Staff was amazing, accommodating, and friendly. Food and meat cooked precisely as ordered. Great cuts of meat. Will absolutely return on another visit to Paris.

We selected Baez for our last dinner while in Paris. It was perfect from start to finish. Empanadas, provoleta, great Argentinean Malbec wine and, obviously, the bife de chorizo. All perfectly cooked and meticulously plated. I highly recommend this place.
