Staff was super attentive and nice, they were happy to speak either Italian or English, and help offer instructions if you don’t know what you’re doing. Plus the decor of the place is super fun and cool! A little bit hard to find because it’s hidden inside a building, but overall a great experience once we found the place! 😂 I also really like the personal style of hotpots so everyone can choose their own broth flavor and you don’t have to worry about mixing up your food with other people’s. Great value for the price.

It was my girlfriend and I first experience in a hot pot place and we didnt really know how it worked and the staff were very kind in helping and guiding us on how it worked

My family and I are mostly plant-based and we wanted to have a good hot pot dinner. To say we were blown away by the quantity and quality of vegan food offered is an understatement, in addition the staff was so kind and reliable, you can see they put great effort in their job. The price-quality ratio is just perfect for how much food you can digest in a single sitting, not to mention dishes such as stir fried noodles are included in the ayce formula. We would 100% like to recommend this place (+ the steamed sweet matcha bao was to die for)!!
