Me and my husbund ate dinner at Factory Bangkok and the experience was excellent. Anais was welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious and the service fast.The Fork discount was applied correctly. Recomended.Rita and Jon.

The food was pretty good and in fair portions, even though one of us got sick after, maybe due to a bad ingredient or a personal reaction to it. The staff was available to provide gluten free options, but the food was slow to be served, as the kitchen gave absolute priority to take away, and it didn’t come all at once so when the last dish came the first was already cold.
