This was a goodbye lunch as the chef and his entire team have been asked by the commune to leave the hotel. What a poor and bad decision for the best food in Saanenland.

Delicious menu with some local specialities. Highlights were the house malakoff cheese balls and superb patisserie. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
