8/10Food was really nice, good service and atmosphere. Just small things, in French brasseries you would get bread non stop;) The offer of prosecco is a GREAT touch but when serving wine at the glass it would be nicer to come to the table rather than at the counter, to be able to see the bottles. Overall very good though and will probably go back to try other dishes.

The staff was the best! It’s not suppose to be a baby friendly place but it was, and the staff was so helpfull! The food was excellent and if it was near my house I would go the every day!

6/10restaurant looks nice, staff are nice, lacking in experience I think, slow to respond. Onion soup was quite good, grouper ok not great, dessert tasty, music policy rubbish - loud and more like a late night club, did not match the location. I dont think I will come back.

8/10Amazing ambience, decor and details. Fantastic food and serving. Good lunch deal on business days. What was not good was the service. JUST AWFUL. Our waiter did not know what we booked (lunch offer via TheFork), did not speak proper English and was super hard to understand. He also initially refused to accept our TheFork offer which was the same as the walk-in lunch offer. Laughable. What was also far from optimal, was the pacing. We got our mains 4 minutes after getting our couvert and amuse-bouche. Made everything feel very rushed and disorganized.

4.5/10A disappointment. Dinner on a Sunday evening. Place half empty. But the service was abysmal. I understand that it is difficult to find good staff, but this young man was beyond bad. Incompetence when combined with a sense of humour or some humility can be acceptable. But when paired with a haughty arrogance, it is inexcusable. Service was slow, orders were forgotten, then a side order (asked for 3 times) finally brought after the main course was finished, and without any comment. Obviously we sent it back. Just as obviously the item appeared on our bill, along with a suggested 7.5% service charge (we declined both). The food was only average.

5/10If it had not been for the manager of the site that day, it would have been an awful time at the restaurant. She took the orders, served the tables, as receiving people, telling the waiters what to do because they were not pro active and slow. Waiters were a mess. The food average and it took a long time to have it. Again, the manager was the staff! Would I go again? Just to say hello to her. Not for eating. A shame because the place is nice, food not so French and service poor- waiters.

This is my favorite restaurant of all time in Lisbon. The service is amazing, Beto is such a nice person really, and the food is so tasty all the time. I truly recommend Bardo for any kind of meal!

The wine selection is good 9/10, food is absolutely delicious and the staff, amazing! 10/10 But the place itself is average, cheap furniture and decoration is MEHH.... Is not as fancy as expected, we didn't experience anything worth 70+ euros per person.

10/10Welcome drink was nice touch and beginning to dinner for my wife’s birthday. The appetizers (foie gras, oysters and beef tartare) were all excellent. The duck leg confit was really good and so were our steaks and the accompanying sauces. However the mushroom pasta, while good, was a bit underseasoned. Ending the dinner with a birthday treat was also very nice.
