3/10Too touristic, bad quality food (frozen) and it was still served frozen. Many tables were empty we asked to change and they wanted to charge 15e for every table near the window

10/10they did a special celebración For our occasion to visit them, our honey moon. We don’t expected that so we was very happy with that suprise. Food, service and attention are asome.

7/10Good experience except the dishonest waiter who added a massive tip of 100 euros to the debit card machine without discussion at the end of the meal . Luckily it was spotted before the transaction was completed. Totally unacceptable behaviour.

2/10Very unsatisfied with the way they treat customers, I made a reservation on the fork and when I arrived the location they made me understand that the boat was fully booked meanwhile I had a confirmation , I’m soo upset ! I wasted my time and money to get there on time and has to change plans at last minute ! This is soo disturbing 😪

2/10We got all the way to the River Seine for 12 and waited until 12.20 with others who were also waiting for the boat. It did not arrive and then one of the other guests had a message to say it was cancelled. Very disappointing but understandable as it was raining. It would have been good to have received some notice

9/10This was seriously the first thing we did when we arrived in Paris!! Checked in at our hotel at 5, freshened up in 10 min and got into the taxi and made it by 6:10! Got greeted and seated. We ordered drinks and then we ordered dinner… I, the chicken which came with zucchini in some sort of heavenly eggy custardy concoction, tomato and eggplant. Yum. And my husband, the beef. The starter was a cross between a caprese salad and bruschetta. It was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. My dinner, as I said, was wonderful, but my husband didn’t particularly care for the beef. It cost 9 euro more jfyi, but I think he’s used to the beef from the states which has more marbling and maybe more flavor. It came with a potato soufflé and sweet potato The chocolate mousse enveloped in dark chocolate was melt in your mouth lovely And the key lime pie thingy was just fantastic! We ordered wine and 2 beers and some water and so our bill after paying ahead was an extra $42. Of course, the entire reason was to enjoy the cruise and that we did!! It was awesome! And I had forgotten about the entertainment, which , I’m not sure if it’s always the same one, but tonight we were treated to a young lady with a gorgeous voice singing some jazzy tunes past and present. Couldn’t have expected a more lovely time!

9/10The food was very good, good portions. The best the live music, wounderful singer and the ride, just in time to see the Eiffel Tower turn on, We were lucky, arrive just 6 30 pm and got a great table. We are pleased with the tour, prices are right for the experience!!!

8/10The food served was delicious, but it’s a shame that the food was more Italian or southern French, than what one would expect in Paris. Reserving the spot was easy, but I did not receive any request to pay for the booking in advance. This caused stress at venue, but luckily there was a spot. It would make much more sense to pay for the booking straight away.

8/10When we arrived they asked my name . I told them and I was told I wasn’t on the list. I showed them my email receipt with my name and they said oh of course, repeating my name which I had just told them, you are on the list. The service from then on was fairly the same. The food was ok but the ride itself and the views were fantastic!!

4/10Chairs very uncomfortable, waiter rushed us several times with the choice of dishes, he was bored at the same time as well as not very helpful, I received cold meat where the rest was warm, very small tables by the window . When we wanted to add a drink we also had to look for a waiter. We noticed that a completely different service received people with purchased champagne or giving tips during dinner. The waiter at the end of the bill asked directly how much he should add a tip. We did not agree at which he did not fail to show us his displeasure. We expected much better service .

2/10I made a reservation long ago, and I received a booking confirmation, but at the end it was not eligible. The restaurant was asking me to present a voucher and I have no idea what it is. Finally I have been told that I have to pay in advance and there’s no more seats available. It was absolutely disappointing because I have been expecting this dinner since a long time. Please change this as this is really annoying and disrespectful for customers.

8.5/10Great place really have to visit and enjoy this wonderful experience. The food is good. The atmosphere great. The only thing that made a really bad impression to me is that a bottle of WATER. Something that is supposed to be free .. they are charging for it 10€ and that’s crazy. Otherwise the experience was great.

4.5/10The first time I came, I was very pleased with the service on board, but yesterday, my cousin's son (6yo) had a gastroenteritis so couldn't come, but at the reservation, they said I will still pay the enfant menu even if he is not here, which was surprising, so I requested that instead of paying unfairly the child menu, can we use that money value for drinks, The lady at the reservation said to speak with the people onboard. So we enter the boat with already some unnecessary stress On board, the crew members, told me they will not make me pay the infant menu but the drinks, and asked me who told me this information. We were all confused, the food came cold, and they removed the bread while we were eating it lol.. Anyway, thank god I have a wonderful family with whom I still had a very good time, not with the boat services but my own family, I regret to have chosen la marina for this diner, the first time I had better welcoming,

7/10Very, very disapointing that waitress did not ask people to pay for drinks when each person payed for dinner, after everyone left it turned out we need to pay 400euros extra as he did not ask each table ( we had 4 tables ) or person to pay for the drinks on table.... Or maybe it was cheating and he just told they did not pay .. do not know but dont find it fare at all. Waiting for food, drinks, bread was quite long.

5/10The service was very poor. I asked four times before I could get water for our table. We asked for soup for our nephew and were given an entree with seafood after we told them we had an allergy to seafood. I think the worse experience was the long wait for beverage from our wait person after multiple request on a very hot and sunny day. Food quality was barely average. The glass sizes for champagne and soda were the smallest I have seen. I live in Paris and in my mind this was not close to a Parisian dining or brasserie experience.

6/10It was ok. A nice dinner but for the price and hype I expected more. Also, I reserved a window table (which was an extra charge) and it was worth it. However, once it was clear we weren’t ordering alcohol or any other extras the level of service was minimal. Also the server brought the wrong first course for one of us. Never got a chance to order more water or coffee. Finally, the advertisement quoted a 30% discount. I was charged full price. When I asked, suddenly no one had any answers. If wasn’t a bad experience, just not one I’d recommend or repeat.

8/10We had a really fun time. The food was good the ambience was excellent. But beware of the bill - they tried to charge for a number of things which I had rejected when originally booking the reservation. But there was no problem in removing them once I had picked up on them

5/10The reservation and the ticket stated that we have to be there at 20.45. So we were. It started to rain, and up to 21.00 the personal of the ship refused to let people in, although ALL tickets stated, that the embaequemtn time has passed already. VERY disappointing. The mood for the evening was absolutely spoiled. Generally, it was a feeling of a swimming cantine. Never again..
