Everything from start to finish. The only issue there was is two girls thatbtake pictures of you and your partner and then they ask you to choose the photos. One might think that they will provide a printed version but actually they send them by email (which after 4 days, i haven’t received them yet) so it is a bit of a tourist trap.

Perfect service, the waiter was amazing. Food was tasty, and the view on the illuminated eiffel tower after 10 oclock 👌

We had a wonderful time on the brunch cruise. Everyone on our boat was seated by a window, so you had great views during the meal, but you could also come and go to the upper deck to get a 360 view--lots of space up there for viewing and photos. The food was far better than expected given some prior reviews--the best chocolate croissant I've had in Paris in fact--and plentiful, and the service was excellent across the board--friendly, efficient, proactively helpful. We were fortunate to have beautiful early fall weather, and the day on the Seine took on a dream-like quality given how beautiful and iconic the scenery is along the route. Definitely a trip highlight.

Perfect to see landmarks while having dinner. Food is average, service is not bad but be ready to order absolutely everything you'd like over the meal cause they will never pass again. overall is a good turist experience but the last hour they turn music up and that part was annoying. I recommend for people who has a short stay and wants to see without walking.

We asked for a bottle of wine and we received a not well maintained bottle, with a weird taste and solid particles inside. They changed the bottle after arguing. The drinks are not included in the price. The guests cannot go outside during the trip. Apart that, the experience is great. They even have a photographer and you receive the photos before the end of the trip.

The boat was clean and attractive. Departure was timely. Service was not good. We waited a long time for things despite the boat being only partially full. The food was not good. But the trip along the water was pleasant and at a good pace. It was night and the lights got turned low so we could see things outside but then they turned them up and we couldn’t see? There is no guided information for what we’re passing… we used our phone to translate the menu and figure out where we were! Expensive for such a mediocre experience! Even the staff seemed at odds with each other and did not communicate! Would not repeat. A day trip without food might be more satisfactory?

Was a wonderful experience to eat during the navigation amog the river. Even though it was a little bit disappointing that they have troubles with the music or that they didn't have tables to place our drinks while we where upstairs seeing the Eiffel tower.

Overall experience was pleasant but the service was extremely slow. It took over an hour to get drinks.

HORRIBLE experience. Service representatives should really change the way they speak with customers!! I don't recommend at all the expérience.

We had an incredible evening. The food and service were wonderful. A big thank you to Pascal who made us feel at home and ensured we had the full experience, including the rooftop with a beautiful view of Paris. Highly recommend!

In Ship captain Fracasse we spent a lovely family evening. Welcoming is quick and direct. We would have had more details on the cruise itself. The leaflet is not enough precise and some announcements would have helped. Food is fresh and good and we appreciated the vegan menu for one of our hosts. Everybody enjoyed the cruise. Thanks to the team which was friendly and efficient.

We are almost satisfied with everything. It would be more pleased if we can choose starter and dessert from multiple dishes.

It was a nice experience, but as expected from reviews, it was shaded by the fact the service wasn't really top notch, and the front of the boat (which is supposedly more prestigious, and you pay a surcharge for) is very warm. Eventhough the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the service felt understaffed. We got our starter at different times, they got our our water and cocktail order wrong. Luckly after saying it to them, they didn't charge us for it. And on top of that, we didn't get exactly the Fork deal promised, we got a 20% off instead of the 30% promised by the fork deal. Furthermore it wasn't quite clear on The Fork what were the choices offered, eventhough the menu onboard was very simple. Nevertheless, in the end, The Fork gave me a compensation in Yams (I'm a 'The Fork' newbie here). Not sure what that exactly means, but let's hope I will find some use for it.

A really nice experience, which was only let down by the quality of the main course - both ordered steak and both came over-cooked. Starter and dessert were delicious, as was the wine with the meal.

You pay for the place and the cruise don't expect fine gastronomic food it was average ok. We had the Menu Grand Cru Haut Medoc which was a great wine great view on Paris monuments. By the way, we boarded with half an hour late.

All perfectly, distance between table are smaller, the food was good and ambient relaxing
