Departure time 7.15pm not 7,pm as it says in the ticket. Positives this is a lovely boat with comfortable seats and a great view over the Seine as you travel. Just be aware it leaves from the Iles de Cygne so it is a distance away from the main quay under the Eiffel tower. Neutral for the food starter is a cheese pastry, main course is meat or fish stew and dessert is rice with milk or chocolate mousse.. The food was ok but nothing special. Negatives as we boarded we had a problem with the ticket we produced from the fork but that was resolved, It took an hour to be served drinks - the cruise is 1h45 mins - and when they were arrived they were wrong but were changed quickly. I ordered fish stew and my husband meat stew. Several people around us were served the incorrect dish and we didn't get any food for ages. Eventually my husband was given his meat stew. I had to find someone to try to get my fish but was told there wasn't any left so had meat instead. Other people were served bread rolls and we weren't. When we received our drinks bill our waitress didn't understand we had already paid for one of our half bottles of wine. This was resolved by one of her colleagues. We still hadn't been served our dessert as we were due to dock. My husband went to ask for it and then it arrived but we were told it was up to us to ask for things if we hadn't been served. Conclusions serious staff training and streamlining us needed as the food and drink standard and service were not what we expected. This lets down what should be a lovely experience on this beautiful boat.

Booking on The Fork offered an a la carte menu, this was not possible on board, so advertising is misleading. Only choice was main (duck or salmon). I know there is not a full kitchen on board, but don't advertise one thing and then not offer it.
