We knew the original Batumi on Polo y Peyloron. The newer Russafa Batumi is bigger and has a slightly bigger menu. The service and the food were great. We asked for a qvevri wine and were presented with 3 options as, oddly, they are not listed among the wines. The qvevri wine added to the evening. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we rounded off the meal by polishing off a bottle of Cava.

I have visited this restaurant many times and really liked their khinkali, but the last two times they were awful; the meat was of poor quality. I’m really sad about it because it was my favorite place. I hope something changes.

The table was booked in advance but we had to sit at the exit, although the other one was free when we arrived.We have waited our dishes around 35 minutes because of many people in the restaurant but all dishes were delicious 🤤

We have been there before and this time the food was very bland and disappointing- there was a lot of cheese on the bread with egg dish- too much. The potatoes which I have had before we very under seasoned and blah. And the price is a bit steep for what it is. We had to ask twice for them to take our plates away although there were many staff standing around doing nothing. Not sure if we would return.

This is the second time we have eaten here. The first experienc was mixed as the food was great but the service awful. As the food was so good we decided to try again and it was excellent. The food was amazing and yes the service was excellent also. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great food but unhappy experience. We ordered 2 starters and 2 main courses. They delivered the main courses before the starters and when we queried it we were made to feel as though it was our problem. Also they did not apply the 30% discount and were not happy when I insisted they do so.
