4.5/10the food was good, although nothing our 15 year old could eat.The service was not so good.We arrived 15 mins early and we're told to wait in the reception.we were given two English menus one with a page missing.Four of us enjoyed the food.Waiter was slow to clear our plates away and flies kept landing on the plates.I saw him look at our table and then serve two ladies sitting beside us.When I asked were I could pay the bill he sighed loudly like it was too much trouble.

9/10Incredible location and an incredible view. We speak no French and the waiting staff went the extra mile to communicate with us in English and were very welcoming. We were very thankful for their efforts. The food was lovely and the price was appropriate for the quality. It was quite quiet and almost a little snooty in atmosphere. I felt like I had to whisper to my partner or people would look at us for laughing. We enjoyed ourselves and absolutely loved Annecy in general.

4.5/10Sadly we did not enjoy our visit. The welcome was less than warm and the drinks served in the bar downstairs poor. The food was passable but service very slow the extent that we left without desserts. Not a great experience.

8/10We took the bus no 50 from city centre to get there. The restaurant was pretty crowded during lunch time. Staff are attentive and nice. However there is not much variety for lunch set .

8/10The food was beautifully prepared and delicious - Tartellette de legumes, peche du jour, and coconut glacé inside a macaroon egg shell. Accompanied by a Jadot Mersault wine. Just perfect. The only reason the restaurant did not get a perfect score was due to the waiter. He was impatient as we tried to relay our order, and frankly, just condescending. Despite the lack of kind service, we would go back.

8/10The restaurant has a beautiful view! We started with a gin and tonic which was lovely, before moving to a bottle of Savoir white with dinner which was also delicious. I had the Ravioli whilst my husband had the crayfish for entrees - they were both amazing, very beautifully presented and delicious. The bread was also fresh and tasty. I had the duckling for mains and my husband had the guinea fowl. The guinea fowl was crispy and tender, I wish I had ordered it myself! The duck was chewy, hard to cut through and not very nice. The aubergine and polenta that accompanied the duckling was lovely.

9.5/10The food was divine. Every course was perfectly cooked with really subtle flavours. The view of the lake is also really special. My only complaint was the slow service - took 30 minutes to get water to the table (on a really really hot day!) and the coffee arrived way after the cafe gourmand (desserts) that we asked for together. The waiters, however, were very helpful and nice, even though our French was pretty difficult to understand!

7.5/10The setting on the lake front was amazing. The terrace was well decorated and the interior was chic and modern. The service was kind and professional. The food was a bit simplistic, but the menu price was very fair. I'd recommend this restaurant for a casual meal, but not for a "gastronomic experience".
