7.5/10Because we used our yum points we couldn't choose a lot or stuff. Slow service, kinda pushed to leave a tip (this is not the US guys). Food is good.

6.5/10Prices are much higher than months ago. Menu is different from the one shown in TheFork. À volonté is not really buffet. We were required to finish every single chip before ordering additional fried chicken. The additional fried chicken was 5/10, if the first served ones were 8/10 marks.

2/10The food quality is far below average, the all you can eat formula is si malt a deception when you ask a for a refill the only double the quantity fries and salad but very tiny piece of meet or chicken half of the initial quantity when we asked the waiter, he said this is the management policy simply they deceive their clients. The big problem that a saw a rat running out of the kitchen before we leave, the please was totally empty before and during and till we left although the manager was rude we he arrived because he had to see if we have already booked thought there were no clients for more almost two hours . An horrible experience will never come back again.

We ordered pink tartare which is fresh with big portion but absolutely without seasoning, bland as ever. Luckily the burgers we ordered didn’t disappoint, Tgec300 g big teddy is one of the best burgers we had ever though the sweet potato fries are soggy. My daughter ordered Le sexy chicken and it was crispy and very yummy too but again the fries are lacklustre. I ordered the classic with pink bun and it was delicious . The patties of all the burgers are all thick and juicy . Though they did ask us how we like it cooked and we said medium, they all arrived well done but I suppose it’s safer and it’s not dry but juicy, the waiter was nice with limited English and it’s simple burger joint but well worth a visit if you are a burger fan.

4.5/10Genuinely the worst service I've ever experienced... I've been multiple times here, but this was definitely the last. After I asked why we were overcharged for the fries (in contrast to all other times), the lady serving started literally screaming in my face, kicking me out, and offending me with indescribable remarks... If the owners of the restaurant are ok with employing such a person, we will definitely never be back here...

Though the service was chaotic at the beginning our waitress managed to keep a smile and caught up with the delay in the service. Congrats to her for that! (Poor dear). The food was amaaaazing! Thanks from us from Belgium.

3.5/10Pay attention to menu and the prices. They seem to increase the price while billing especially when it comes to fork reservations. It is real sad to see one price on the menu and get charged different and they don’t give bill too. So better ask for the check before paying

6/10Excellent location, good menu choices. Internal decor a little tired. Burgers were served warm rather than hot and drowned in mayo. We asked for one medium rare and one well-done - both were the same - medium rare. There is room for improvement

8.5/10I've been to this restaurant a few times and it's been quite consistent. The burgers are interesting and well prepared. The service was friendly and the ambiance rather quiet on a Sunday evening but not dead! I would recommend it.

The beef burger was cooked to perfection. The three cheese sauce was delicious. However the chicken popcorn and the fried chicken were a disappointment. The chicken itself was not fresh and a it tasted like lot of turmeric or lime was added to mask the smell of the chicken. The spritz limoncello was good. The decor was pleasant. However there were a lot of fruit flies and mosquitoes which was annoying while we wanted to have dinner in peace. Perhaps an electric insect killer could have been useful. Payment through a Ticket restaurant card was not accepted because we booked through The Fork on a 50% discount.
