We had a great dinner! Everything was delicious. The octopus with garlic and chili seasoning was perfectly suited to my taste. Additionally, I asked the staff to recommend a glass of white wine that pairs well with seafood, and it was very easy to drink. The service was also excellent. They introduced the turbot of the day, and even though there were only two of us, we could order half a portion, allowing us to try more different dishes. The overall atmosphere was great, without any rush to clear the table or feeling pressured.

We asked for Apple pie with I lce cream apple pie is normally served warm it was straight from a chilled storage. Couldn’t taste the apple properly

Best service we’ve had while visiting. The food was excellent! My only wish is that we could have had a choice instead of getting charged for two servings, I wish that we would’ve had the option for one since we thought some things were included in the meal. It added up fast!

Had a fantastic dinner at Beira Mar in Cascais! The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the service attentive without being intrusive. A memorable spot for a relaxed, high-quality meal by the coast.

Fabulous little restaurant with high quality, fresh fish. Our starter was king prawns that were shelled and served in garlic oil/sauce and served with bread - delicious! We shared a very large Sea Bass for our main that was grilled to perfection and expertly skinned and deboned at the table by the waiter - perfection! Desert was raspberries with Chantilly cream - superb! All accompanied by a bottle of Grainha Douro dry white wine. What a dining experience - some of the highest quality food you will find cooked by experts and served beautifully. You have to try this restaurant!

Excellent advice from our waiter about today’s catch of fish. The crab and Dover sole we chose were both as good as we have tasted anywhere. He filleted the sole for us and divided it as it was definitely large enough for 2. The accompanying salad was well dressed and the chips were hot and crisp. It was so good we cancelled the booking we had made elsewhere for the next evening and took our friends back to Beira Mar. The 4 of us all ate different things: sea bass, red mullet, squid and tiger prawns. Again all were excellent. We could only manage one pudding between us - the Toucinho do Ceu was yummy. Once again the service was exemplary. We shall return whenever we are in Cascais.

Excellent tasting fish and meat dishes, incredible local tastes, very delicious desserts. Since we were a group of 6, we had the chance to taste different main courses and desserts. All were very delicious. The waiters are local and very helpful. The wine recommended by our waiter was also great. Very happy with the overall quality and experience.

Surely this must be the best fish restaurant in Cascais. Wonderful ambience, excellent fish and wine, attentive and experienced waiters supported by a highly skilled kitchen. A landmark in a quiet corner of Cascais. You’d be foolish to miss it.

Wonderful Dinner. Our second time. Probably will return weekly. Large Desert menu. We’ve tried three fish dishes and today also tried the Veal liver. Unique and delicious.

We have lived in Monte ESTORIL for three years always searching for a seafood restaurant to our liking no luck prior to Beira Mar. Beira Mar leans closer to a French Style Seafood Restaurant than Portuguese. It is not French. Wonderful varied menu of quality fish and excellent Desert Menu. All in all a 4.8 of 5. Now a regular for us. Also the French Fries were superb. Obrigado Beira Mar!

Excellent restaurant with traditional Portuguese cuisine. Very good product in both meat and fish and shellfish. The price is reasonable and depends on the choice. The unbeatable service. A classic in Cascais, highly recommended
