Food was good, but 19€ for a carbonara is a crime 🙃

Shown to our table very quickly. Food was ok, however our main courses came at different times. Staff were not very friendly. Also I watched one server wiping a dish on their hip twice, then cleaning their nose on hand. We will not be returning.

Very nice atmosphere, great pizzas and spaghetti. The service was great. Everytime I m in Bergamo we visit Bella Napoli for the authentic cuisine

Service was excellent-- food was very good. I have food allergies and they accommodated me without fuss. Nice location in pedestrianized area. A nice spot for southern Italian food.

Crowded restaurant, better get a reservation to secure a table (through Google in collaboration with TheFork was very easy). The place is small and charming, the prices are decent, the staff is kind and versed in English, and the pizzas are really tasty!

We had a really good meal last night at Bella Napoli. Two different pizzas and tagliatelle bolognese! The waiter was very friendly and offered a glass of prosecco when we sat down and a meloncello after the meal! It is not fancy inside but very pleasant!

+3What a gem ! Very popular little place probably the busiest we’ve ever been to in Italy ! We booked thankfully as it would have been such a shame to miss out on the amazing pizzas the antipasto was very generous ! Would definitely go back as the mussels looked impressive

We had delicious food at Bella Napoli, the pizza was amazing! Great service and a friendly, welcoming ambiance. We would recommend to book, as there was a queue at the opening time, and people just kept coming, which is a testament to how good the food is.

Excellent food, pizza&pasta, great taste, quality, amount, just perfect. Quick and kind service, we were very satisfied. Absolute highligt was the Tiramisu at the end. Fully recommend vist, it is really worth it, just do not forget the reservation in advance to become the table for dinner, especially when your a bigger group.

for some reason order took more than 1 hour to arrive to the table,problem seems to be they have lots of clients and a very small and understaffed kitchen which can not cope with all orders in normal time,for pizzas no delays but with other orders looks like big issues.

delicious food! very nice service! affordable prices, interesting way of serving the dish, I highly recommend it, if I'm ever in Bergamo again, I will definitely go back there.
