The staff was great, the drinks too, I ordered gnocchi and thought it was a bit too chewy but the sauce was delicious.

The food was great..missing salt, but it was really good! The service was not excellent, but in general it was smooth. We didn't like the fact that the TV was on ,playing a football game. It is not appropriate in a restaurant.. We really liked the food, so... we are satisfied!

Everything about our visit to Bellalisa was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the perfect tone for a memorable evening. The food was incredible, but what truly elevated the night was the service. I want to make a special mention of Jailson, whose service was perfect. He was attentive, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. I couldn't recommend this place more if you are in Lisbon. A must-visit!

It is disappointing to revisit a restaurant that once held higher standards. On this evening, service was inattentive and remarkably slow — several main courses across the dining room arrived after nearly an hour, which set the tone for the experience. My carbonara, in my personal view, bore little resemblance to the classic beyond the presence of spaghetti. The sauce had separated into a texture closer to scrambled egg than a cohesive emulsion, lacking depth, seasoning, and balance. It required salt, pepper, and parmesan simply to become passable. The accompanying pasta with aioli was similarly muted, absent the spice requested and in need of character. The pizza fared better: the dough was pleasant and properly baked. However, the toppings felt uninspired and, to my palate, lacked the freshness and vibrancy one expects from a serious Italian kitchen. Perhaps this was an off night. I would like to say that our dinner at Bellalisa Valmor was absolutely wonderful. The staff, especially Vania went above and beyond to make our dinning experience memorable. The staff was very attentive and the food was remarkable. Overall, one of the best dinners we have had in Lisbon. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Very nice ambiance. Sevice was good and atentive. there was an error in the menu. and the waiter came to explain promptly. Wine suggestion was good. However, the wine was above serving temperature.

We went to BellaLisa Valmor last night with our group and had the mushroom linguini and added grilled shrimp and it was delicious. Julio waited on us and was so friendly and the service was excellent. We had travelled to Lisbon six years earlier and remembered how gooey and cheesy the linguini was and had to come back. A really nice place that won’t disappoint. Ask for Julio!

We have eaten at Bellalisa Valmor twice already during our Lisbon trip. Food is excellent; I particularly loved the ragu de novilho sauce on gnocchi. Service was excellent, particularly our waitress (Lia?). Coffee is good and strong. Would definitely go back next time we’re in the area.

The food was good. My group was seated next to a table of about 20 kids. The kids were extremely loud and there seemed to be no adult supervision. We couldn't hear ourselves speak. In addition, the waiters did not provide good service. We literally had to get up several times to go look for our waiter.

Best meal ever during this trip to Portugal. Linguini Alla Forma, Monte Amarelo red wine and tiramisu Valmour all just heavenly! The service was excellent and attentive in a lovely atmosphere. Muito Obrigada!
