2/10Upon my arrival, the lady at the front desk claimed she didn’t receive my reservation due to online connectivity issues. I promptly showed her the confirmation email, and she acknowledged it, assuring me that my discount would be applied. However, when it was time to settle the bill, she blatantly denied applying the discount, forcing me to pay the full price.

La ringraziamo per aver valutato il nostro locale in forma obbiettiva, la mia valutazione nei sui confronti non si può discostare altresì dallo 0 poiché lei non aveva diritto allo sconto come da sua prenotazione mostrata alla ragazza….. ahimè caro signore spero abbia apprezzato il dessert di nostra produzione che le abbiamo offerto a lei e chi la accompagnava che ha lo stesso valore di uno sconto a cui lei non aveva aderito in prenotazione…. Saluti Buone Ferie
