The tasting menu was superb, but it was the little touches that made the meal, the attention to detail with the cutlery, glasses etc

The best dinner of our 24 day trip to Italy! Everything was first rate! The staff were amazing and the professionalism was so very welcome after weeks of really minimal and lack;utter service. The chef’s flavor combinations were wonderful. Presentation was outstanding . We would go back in a heartbeat if we ever find ourselves in Bologna again.
