First impression was welcoming but then something happened.. I Wasn’t given the pizza menu only noticed that after ordering something else that other tables were getting Pizzas but the list was offered to them but not me. Also not offered possibility to order half a bottle of wine or a glass of wine (or beer) although I saw it happening in other Italian speaking tables . Service at 30th of December was okay, but she seemed very tried for her job. Doing the minimum.

Buongiorno Signora Annina, ci spiace per quanto scrive. Con la prenotazione di TheFork non è disponibile il servizio pizzeria, così come i menù fissi per il pranzo come scritto nella pagina dedicata. Nonostante ciò se il cliente ce lo chiede, cancelliamo la prenotazione dalla piattaforma avvisando che la richiesta del cliente non è compatibile col menù e serviamo comunque la pizza. Non serviamo a nessuno mezze bottiglie di vino ma è possibile prendere vino al calice come scritto sui nostri menù e per quanto riguarda la carta delle birre è inserita nel menu pizzeria. La cameriera, è stata impeccabile, nonostante fosse in servizio dalle 10 del mattino senza potersi riposare visto il grande afflusso di clienti, ha accolto e servito tutti con la solita cura ed il solito sorriso. Ci scusiamo se nonostante l'impegno non sia riuscita a nascondere la comprensibile stanchezza.

I wasn’t allowed to have the pizza as I’d booked through Fork, but didn’t know this until I sat down. Polenta was delicious. Cheesecake was too creamy and sickly.

Grazie per la sua visita. La prenotazione con il canale The Fork è attiva solo per il servizio ristorante, come indicato nel sito di the Fork al momento della prenotazione, ma chi vuole scegliere la pizzeria può sempre optare per questo servizio senza passare dal canale The Fork. Grazie

They took us to the table and then we had to ask a few times for drinks. We noticed other people were getting pizzas, but we did not have that menu. I have allergies so a pizza would’ve went well but all they gave me was quick cooked rice with sage previous restaurant the night before they went above and beyond and cooked me a special pasta dish , and so I was quite surprised at the difference of service. We also noticed that the other tables got an amuse bouche which we were not offered. The waitress was not in a great mood so compared to others restaurants in the area this wasn’t great.

The place is very cosy and the service very good. We arrived at 2.00 pm which was a bit late, I suggest to arrive earlier as we where the last ones to be served. A good choice of appetizers, first courses and second courses. The best choice is to choose traditional and typical plates the make locally which are exquisite.
