Our return visit to Caffè Bertaina was, once again, outstanding and memorable! Beautiful and delicious veal tonatto, light, rich (but not too rich) asparagus fonduta. Perfectly cooked artichoke risotto was bursting with flavor and the goat medallions (also) rich in flavor and beautifully plated! Yum! Everything! Extensive and interesting wine list…a true joy to have such a fine restaurant in Mondovì!
