Was cold in restaurant. Tables cramped clos together yet much of the area lay empty. Quality of food very disappointing and not value for money. Over priced and far better places to visit.

Was so excited to try this place and walked a long way to get there. Felt we were plonked by the window which was cramped and then left to it. Food was over priced and we had the buffet and pizza was cold and couldn’t get a coke even though we spent over £100! Felt it was over hyped and huge disappointment

The restaurant was welcoming and had a lovely cosy feel. Service was pleasant. Food was good, we had starters of arancini and truffle fries which was a huge dish, enough for two people, for our mains we had risotto and a pizza. The pizza was very good, the risotto not enjoyed so much. After a long wait we decided not to stay for dessert but had a tiramisu to take away, it was lovely and light but lacking in coffee flavor which was a shame. Overall pleasant but probably somewhere I'd return for drinks and snacks only as the ambiance was lovely.

We waited more than 2.5hours for our mains but still not served. So we asked for the bill and left, also heard from our fellow diners at the next table that the pasta carbonara was more like Alfredo. The only saving grace was the very polite but overwhelmed waiter.

We ordered a margarita pizza, ossubuca, and Cesar salad. They all tasted nice, and we were hungry, but the pizza and ossobuco were both cold. The family next to us sent their dishes back to the kitchen because they were also cold. Restaurant seemed under staffed and overwhelmed as a result.

Self-service, you get out of the restaurant with your plate to pick up the food, some of the desserts had gone bad and they were still offered, pancakes horrible. A buffet nothing to do with a branch. Good coffee / juice. Overpriced ! Misleading high rates

Service is warm, nice ambiance. To be honest the taste of the food was just ok for the price. Eg the burrata tasted bland, so was the seafood salad. The beef pasta was the only one we felt tasty.
