Excellent and personable service from Leo and his colleagues throughout the evening. My husband and I opted for the tasting menu and were really happy with the amount and quality of the food. Leo recommended an excellent wine from the region and a perfect evening was had in the beautiful setting of this restaurant.

Quick welcome and a warm atmosphere, though the dining room is not particularly elegant and the table setup was not very functional. The food was good but uneven: excellent octopus and desserts, while the fried dish and the dentex were less convincing, with some plates feeling a bit disconnected in flavors. Portions were appropriate. Interesting wine suggestions from the sommelier, especially a very nice, savory local sparkling wine. The price is definitely fair and consistent with the level, but expectations were slightly higher and the experience lacked real emotion. Service could be improved. Recommended for those looking for non-starred fine dining. I would return, but not more than once a year.

The staff were amazing particularly Antonella and Samuel.Their recommendations were fantastic . The starters which were a number of small fish plates were delicious as was the primo and secondo plates. finished by beautiful desserts overall experience outstanding.dimb

We enjoyed an excellent meal last night with great service. Highly recommend. The octopus and the burrata stuffed ravioli were highlights.

We had the seafood tasting menu and a bottle of rosé wine recommended by the owner. Every dish was scrumptious and beautifully presented.

Beautiful; elegant setting with delicious food. Appetizers and risotto were excellent. They prepared a raw and cooked fish appetizers for us. Plates were beautifully presented. A special experience!

We chose this restaurant based on a Michelin recommendation, but we were disappointed. Hospitality could be much improved, wine list quite poor, the selection of food for the tasting menu could also use some review and diversification.

Tourist trap promoting quick turnaround tasting menu. Aggressive waiters. Food was acceptable but hardly extraordinary. Most expensive meal we had in our two week tour of Puglia and no where near the best on offer.

This restaurant was great for food. However, we felt like we were being rushed the entire evening. There was a table waiting for our table. Yet we had only been there for 1 hour and felt that the food was thrown at us, although the food was great. Very good chef, yet front of house staff had a bit to desire. Please slow down the service.

Terrific dinner! The ambience was warm and inviting, the staff was extraordinary and the tasting menu displayed the best of local flavors, wine pairings, fresh fish and seasonal vegetables. Well worth a trip to Bari to experience this fabulous restaurant!

We tried Fish 6 course set (60 Euro per person without drinks). Food quality was average. Main course was almost a repetition of the starter. Proposed wines for pairing were poor. Service and atmosphere was great. Unfortunately, with cousin we were disappointed. Maybe they changed the chef.

They rushed us through the 6 course tasting menu in under 60 minutes. Several times they brought out the next course whilst we were still eating the prior one. Our booking was at 2:30pm, so there was no need for the rush.

The food was very disappointing. The fish of the day was over cooked and cold and the spaghetti with mussels was way too salty and also cold. There was a lack of response from the restaurant which was disappointing. They did send an extra appetizer but it did not make up for the uneaten food. Really too bad as we were looking forward!

Damn good in all aspects imaginable. Cozy little place impeccably decorated just at the edge of Bari Vequia. I booked in celebration of my wife’s 50th birthday and the experience was truly memorable. Every bite an adventure and really fun for the palate. The personnel beyond kind and attentive. As requested during booking, they sounded Happy Birthday through the place’s speakers, brought dessert with a candle and actually all attending celebrated and applauded my wife. Really memorable. Even as the place seems quite discrete from the street many people was somehow drown to it and some had to be turned away, for their eternal sorrow. Top notch all around.

Great place with a charming de or, the staff was kind and attentive. We took the sampling menu from the sea and one of us had a cheese intolerance. The staff made it work without a problem. It was overall a great evening and we would go back.

This restaurant is above average in quality food here in Bari. Theservice was ok. The menu is not extensive but it is enough. The portions are quite small for Italian standards.

A lovely ambience restaurant with delicious menu at reasonable prices in the centre of Bari. We were there for lunch but wanted to explore the degustation 6 courses chef’s menu so we booked again for dinner

Presentation is 10/10. Location is really good. The only thing I didnt like was you could absolutely feel the heat coming from the kitchen. the table next to me were commenting about it too. Food was amazing. One star knocked for fish I think was slightly over. But all in all, great evening. Staff was one of the best in Bari

They had difficulties in finding any wine according to our wishes. After two mistaken services we went for the third one even though we didn’t like it. Two of the main dishes were served cold.

It is a very pleasant place, very well decorated. It has a good variety of wines and very tasty food. The service was a little bit inattentive. This was the only weak spot.
