Wellington was not good. Pasta was not good and burger was ok. The tuna was good and the guacamole. Maybe was an off night, was the worst restaurant we ate at in Madrid. The Dani Garcia stand at the market was better than here.

We had a really special day. The staff members were friendly and hospitable. The Classic menu was really excellent with some wonderful flavours and we loved the bubbly ambiance

The decor is very 1980 disco and it has not aged well. The service is competent. We, two males, were recommended a special cocktail made with gin and strawberries. The drink arrived atop a small white pillow with rose petals strewn on the pillow. This is the kind of presentation for St. Valentine's or when proposing to your female companion not appropriate for two males friends in a non romantic meal; especially without warning. We laughed at the absurdity but enjoyed a very tasty drink.

Our last night in Madrid had a special touch of excellent service, amazing food and wine, a Peruvian chicha Nikkei made with pisco and tour to and special lounge upstairs. We thank our waiter and the valet, who made us laugh a lot!

They do ala carte menu and are a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Not easy to find. Get the oxtail brioche, bipolar tuna, and oxtail ravioli. Cocktails are incredible too!

However it is our chef Dani García who has the 3 Michelin Star but not the BiBo restaurant itself. Should you be willing to visit one of our Michelin starred restaurants, we have Smoked Room in Madrid, with 2 stars and a wonderful tasting menu.

Very disappointing! We had high expectations about the restaurant considering the reputation of the owner and the reviews. Except for the sea bass ceviche and the cocktails, everything else was either very salty, overcooked or bland (brioches, steak tartare, the potato salad, the burger). And they encourage you to order more that you need.
