Did not even get to sit down as they denied us sit down service and told us we could only take away our food. I made a reservation and it was close to closing, but why have a slot if you are not going to honour it

Good burgers, we tried one beef and one chicken. The fries came better with one burger than the other. Overall tasty but a little bit small if you are too hungry.

we ordered two burgers with one fries, the quality of the fries not good, burned a bit with dark brown, and the the hamburger could be designed more attractive. We expected more from Big Fernand. but the taste good.

Burger wasn’t good at all, had mushroom one and a crispy chicken, didnt like it. Fries were quite below average too.

A decent burger with fries. The lemonade was good. Ambience was okay. Service by the staff was not the best.

As soon as we arrived they mentioned that they’re closing in 30 min, the food was ok but the presentation was worse than cheap fast food places!
