Stopped by Big Fernand in the mall in Lyon and honestly, such a solid choice. The service was genuinely courteous and welcoming. You feel taken care of from the moment you order. I went for the Big Fernand burger and it did not disappoint. Super flavorful, perfectly cooked, and everything tasted fresh. You can tell they care about the quality. And the fries… wow. A big portion of homemade fries, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Exactly how fries should be. If you’re shopping and need a proper, satisfying meal instead of basic fast food, this is it. Highly recommend.

The service was a bit slow, the offer didn’t include the menu and had had some tricks, the food was ok but nothing special.

Food was good but the staff said the discount could not be honoured because for fork booking, you have to order directly at the counter with the staff instead of at the machine. Staff offered free drinks and dessert instead to compensate the discount.

Burgers had great flavour but size was small - the 2 pieces of bun almost closed on the entire filling. Fries were luke warm.

All the hamburgers were excellent, but the French fries could be improved. Overall, I recommend this place.

The waiter lost our command, and it took abou 40 minutes for him to come to us and verify our order. The waiter/waitress came to our table around 4 times with the wrong burgers, until they finally asked again what we wanted. It took about 1h15min for the order to arrive to our table. Meanwhile, everyone around us were eating just fine. To compensate, they gave us free drinks and dessert. The food was really good, but the service disappointing.

The beaf was very good. The waiter was friendly and kind.

The food was very good, burgers were a little pricy, but on our table within 5-10 minutes after ordering. Staff was extremely friendly and cooperative regarding gluten free dietary needs (you can bring your own bun). When we asked for extra sauce for with the fries we got it extremely fast. The fries came with a seasoning which was a little too much for our liking, but still very tasty.
