Exquisite courses, high quality food, great wines, nice scenery (we even saw deer during g sun set…), friendly and professional staf. Everything was super delicious… amongst others the fresh and home made pasta was the most delicious pasta ever had in my entire life!!!

The most exquisite food we’ve experienced in Italy. The environment is lovely overlooking the river. Given it’s the end of summer we sat out on the terrace which lovely as the sun went down. The restaurant has an excellent menu with a range of creative options exquisitely put together. Each dish celebrates local ingredients and is presented with a great balance The talented chef was very attuned to food allergies and made a special non cows milk dessert which was incredible. The staff are lovely, very welcoming & extremely knowledgeable about each dish. There’s also a great cellar to enjoy wines matched to food choices. We would highly recommend a visit. It’s a great experience.

Bread for the table was great. Best I’ve ever had. Fresh out of the oven. Flavor of the sauce on the pasta was good. Goat cheese cheesecake was good. Pasta was way undercooked. The pork in the pasta was completely raw and not appetizing to look at and not flavorful. Service was very good. Ambience was sterile in the upstairs dining area. So quiet and close together that it seemed intrusive to have a conversation with my dinner companion. Looked lively on the patio but I didn’t even know the patio existed till I went to the bathroom. Wanted to love it but I probably wouldn’t recommend.

First, the restaurant called the day before our reservation to let us know of a special event planned for that night and accomodated our request to move the reservation a day. Then when we arrived at the restaurant, it was beautiful. Our servers were gracious and the service was excellent. Our dinners were amazing, the best we had in Italy. I highly recommend Bis Osteria.

The greeting set the tone , so friendly, menu was small but interesting . Food was delicious and different from your everyday Italian. May have to go back before we leave.

What a surprise to find this gourmet restaurant in this small town. I ordered a dish that had a very Sicilian flair and talking to the waiter, it turns out the chef is Sicilian. I don't anticipate being back here but if I were I would go again.

High quality ingredients used to create unusual yet delicious food. Everything tasted so fresh. The staff were very welcoming and explained all the dishes to help us make our choices. Lovely to see a good number of choices for non meat eaters.
