9.5/10We had a late lunch on the terrasse out of the usual hours hence the place was empty. We made a good choice with the food, it was great and the waiter was very friendly.

10/10It was our second time at this restaurant; Once again very satisfied and happy with the food, the attention and everything. It is a very cozy place, the food is delicious and well served. I love the attention of the waiters, very friendly. Super recommended and of course we will return.

10/10Bistro Bontje is always a stellar performer. Right when you walk through the door you feel this is the right place to be … excellent food, great ambience and superb service. The ribs and steaks are tasty and fulfilling. I’ll always be a regular customer!

10/10Very nice and cozy place. Food is very good. Super service. We went when the restaurant is 80% full on Sunday. The waiter gave 100% attention to us and other tables as well. Very good experience!

6/10The spareribs where pretty thick and hard to cut. Spareribs should be slow cooked. The ones we had got too much heat too fast. Sorry , but not well done.

9.5/10Excellent food for reasonable prices in a cool atmosphere with cheerful service. Only downside was that the dinner took ~45 minutes before arriving at the table.

10/10heerlijk gegeten! Quality products, perfect cooked, generous quantity, pleasant service. It's difficult to cook the meat that perfect! Congrats to the guy in the kitchen, both meats were really tasty and well cooked. The waitress-guy also perfect advising us with a perfect result. It's our first dinner in The Hague, and hopefully won't be the last in that place. I can't recommend this place enough!! 10 points!

10/10Good food, pleasant service, good ambiance and price in line with what you expect in a good bistro. The angus beef was excellent, the mix fish grill was good, escargot juicy. My daughter thinks the angus burger is the best burger she ever had. It was my second time here and for sure I will be back. Place is next to Circus Theatre so eat first and enjoy the show afterwards.
