9.5/10I have eaten at Bleu before and it is a lovely place to be and the Food we had tonight was fantastic . it was a good size portion too . pity my favorite waiter was not there .. however the staff was very responsive and kind and efficient Pity one lightbulb was missing out of one of the lamps but it did not affect our pleasant evening

7/10Delicious food, but waited over 45 minutes for it . Servers were excellent and attentive, and very apologetic for the delay. Seated in upstairs back room. Awful, dark decor and no windows. Felt claustrophobic. Terrible ambience.

9/10The experience was better than we expected, based on reviews here and elsewhere. We had the onion soup, mushroom toast and burger – all of which were very good. It was a bit hard to earn the attention of the server, though – nothing that spoiled the experience but definitely noteworthy.

10/10As the first meal in Amsterdam, especially in a rainy cold evening, it was the best experience to have diner there. We ordered two main dishes as well as a portion of salad with shrimp. The shrimps were so perfect that we couldn’t stop eating them. The Tartare as one main dish and the steak as another were also delicious. Besides of the dishes, the service and the atmosphere there were nice. In sum, we had had a fantastic memory in Amsterdam thanks to Bleu!

6.5/10Right off the bat when we came there, the athmosphere was really pleasant, the waitress welcome us very respectfully. Through this decoration we felt some really good waves and emotions. But there were a lack of dynamism and enthousiasm in the services. I thought the smile was costly. One of the really good points we wanted to expose was the plate who was preatty tasty especially the burgers and the escargots. Exept the cheese plate who was to expessive for what it was, the others plate was a good discovery. To concluse, the whole décoration, vibe, table, chair, painting, bring a real cosy and good vibe to the restaurant instead of others restorants in this area. But the smile and the lack of joy of living from the service gave us some bad feelings. Out of the blue we will put a 3/5 for the service, 3/5 for the plate and 4/5 for the athmospere. See u

10/10I was worried with some negative reviews regarding the bathroom and smell but that is no longer an issue. The bathroom is really well scented, even the men’s room. The food was really good, the vibe was really good and the staff was very friendly. It felt like a hidden gem honestly.

Service was attentive. However the food was just basic. Ed order the Hen and the Seafood Soup. Both bland in flavor. Using frozen reheated vegetables with the Hen that still came out cold. Best thing was the chips/fench fries.

10/10A very nice and cozy bistrot not so far from the very centre of Amsterdam; High quality burgers (Angus beef, perfectly cooked) proposed with nice seasoning and fries to share. Flawless service and TheFork discount applied properly. Really satisfied.

It's a cozy restaurant that serves tasty meals. The waiters were friendly and attentive. Because it's small, it can be quite noisy, but overall, our experience was pleasant.
