8.5/10Excellent goat’s cheese salad. Escargots were fine (had much better). Burgers cooked to perfection although garnishes could be improved. Great service. Lovely decor and atmosphere.

6/10The food was disappointing despite good reviews. Uncooked, tightly shut shells, tasteless half raw 'roasted' vedgetables, under-defrosted afters. Staff was very friendly but that didn't help.

5/10The oysters were good, but the food went downhill from there. The duck compote wasn't very tasty, but the steak tartare was fine. The creme brûlée left a bit to be desired - very little sugar topping and what there was didn't have a good crunch to it. We were seated in an upstairs room that had very little ambience. The music was changed from awful to ok, once we asked, which is a plus.

We had used this Restaurant previously on trips to Amsterdam and it was very good so we decided to book this on line several weeks beforehand to ensure we got a a place however despite doing this we ended up being placed upstairs out of the way with nobody around. 6/10The atmosphere is really nice and very romantic. The food is okay but for the mussels and meat dishes’ 26 euro was not worth it. Some of the staff members were not very attentive and unfortunately were not very friendly. Overall, we had an “average” experience.

3.5/10There was a guest on the next table who was unwell, which is obviously not the fault of the restaurant but I do feel that some acknowledgement that we were subject to someone vomiting in to their dish at the table would have been appropriate, and an ambulance should have been called sooner. I would respectfully suggest that our server needs some training in customer service - she was inattentive to detail e.g. when i requested another bottle of wine, she took the existing bottle in the cooler away without checking whether there was any left (there was); she brought it back when I asked her to, but it was clear that she didn’t think it was worth the effort. When she was clearing the table, she moved dirty dishes from another table and put them in front of me whilst she decided which order to carry the dishes downstairs. The food was delicious, the service unfortunately didn’t come close to expectations even putting aside the drama with the other guest being ill.

5.5/10While outside and from first glance the had a nice ambience, there were many small things that made our visit not so pleasant. The smell from the toilet area is quite noticeable in the whole restaurant, the service was okay-ish, but since we were sitting close to the bar, we could hear the waiters argue about something for the entire time, seemingly unbothered that there were guests. Lastly one of our steaks was overcooked (more than "well-done) where we had ordered "meduim".
