Food was very nice and varied. Service was very good. We had a great relaxing evening with a marvellous glas of Malbec

Food was tasty, service friendly but very slow. We were asked multiple times what we ordered and it took a very long time for food to arrive. It was busy so I get that but you should not have to wait 20 min for every ordered dish

+2Very friendly service and quite good food. Too bad that tables are too close to each other, and it's sometimes so noisy that you can't have a proper conversation with the person/people at your table.

Second time in this restaurant. First visit was excellent but this second one really disappointing. Waiting time was long, even the starters supposed to be served with aperitifs did arrive 45 minutes after we ordered. Same with main plate and in the same time we noticed table around us, where people did arrive after us and where served before us ?!?! We asked the waitress who told us: they do anything in the kitchen … This was not our day …😕

Great Food and very cozy ambience! Nice service! One very little thing: we didn‘t decide immediatly if we want to order dessert - and nobody asked again… but it was late in the evening, so all fine! The wine was also very tasty!

The food was really good, with a variety of delicious dishes that were beautifully presented. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy, and the personnel were super kind and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and made our night lovely.

Food is perfect, however Very noisy restaurant and unexperienced English speaking student waitress. No warm welcome feeling. No sorry after they forgot to serve ordered dishes. The food made it OK.

I have visited Bistro Croquant several times now. ALWAYS excellent food, great setting and very friendly staff. Owner is 'super' and has real focus on providing guests with the ultimate (dining) experience ... for me, a 'must visit' every time I am in Maastricht!

A highlight of our trip to Maastricht! The staff was so lovely and the food was excellent, especially the beef tartare and beetroot.

Absolutely lovely and novel, for vegetarians especially. Single point of improvement could be the acoustics, which could benefit from a bit of padding somewhere. Besides that 10/10
