Service was very bad, no attention given, felt like the so called "butlers" were not concern about our needs and requests as guests. It's a pity as the concept itself is very good but the service completely spoiled the experience.... Few examples; asked for mustard which was forgotten twice, 2 of us had no fork setup we he'd to take those from a table next to us, wine bottle came with 2 glasses while we are 4, the wine was not served at all, not even opened the bottle, overall negligent and lack of concern from the service crew.
