10/10Bistrot Sophie has been my favorite restaurant in Eindhoven for many years. I always take the surprise menu and I never was disappointed. The association seems strange at first but the taste is always refined and fresh. It is a worthwhile experience.

9/10We did the six courses menu the food was amazing, great presentation and quality. The location is beautiful, very good for a date. The only problem was the chaos on the room due to many people. Bit very suggested for quality food, location and price!

10/10We were at Bistro Sophia on Monday and it was such an excellent experince. We have ordered 4 course menu with matching wines and all food & wine were good and tasty. My gf was already full at the 2nd course due to the fact that they also serve 2 starter which is not included ın the 4 course., therefore even 4 course can be counted as 6 course thus I was also quite full and barely had space for dessert at the end. Loved it and come back definetly.

10/10One of the best meals I've ever had. The staff were amazing and the food and wine pairings were perfect. I will go again the next time I'm in the area.

10/10We have been to Bistro Sophie several times and each time has been wonderful! The dishes are well-executed and delicious and the "all-in" wine pairing is definitely worth it. The service personnel are always attentive and friendly. We highly recommend Bistro Sophie!!!

9/10In short: Very delicious! I will come again. We had the three-course surprise menu and food allergies were respected. It took a bit longer until the dessert was served, but it was worthwhile to wait. Superb!!!

10/10The restaurant is located in a perfect place to have some drinks before of after (wilhelminaplein). They have incredible food quality for a very fair price. Great knowledge about the wines.

9.5/10We ordered the 6-course meal along with the 4-course wine pairing and the waiter helped us still have wine with each meal by dividing the glasses between them. The food was really tasty and special and overall it was a very good experience. The waiters were really alert and presented the plates in a very timely manner, they were also so nice in explaining every plate and glass of wine poured.

6.5/10This restaurant pretends to be of a Michelin level but it's not. The food is pretty but it's mostly tasteless. The dessert was good but the monkfish was nothing special. The steak tartar was messed up

5.5/10+ beautiful place, fresh and pleasant, dishes are tasteful ( expected for that price range) - the service is slow and inappropriate for business dinner: not discreet at all and regularly interrupting guests, also sometimes for unnecessary questions - Portions are way too small, even for a gastronomic restaurant, To give an idea, we took a main and a dessert, I'm a big guy, but my small slim female colleague joined me to share a kebab after the diner. This was a first for both of us.

4.5/10Place has nice and cosy atmosphere although can be quite loud when tables are full. Food is very good, we had different starters (they are small), steak and some deserts - all delicious and well served. Unfortunately service is not ideal. For some reason we had 3 different people service our table without too much attention. This has to improve because it ruins the whole experience. and be prepared for a very high bill, This place is expensive and in our case, not worth the money.

10/10Great little restaurant. I travel to Eindhoven on business multiple times a year and eat here regularly. I highly recommend the sole. Really friendly staff and delicious food.

8.5/10We had the 4 course chef menu with the wine menu. The first few courses were the best, very nice and interesting taste combinations and also great in combination with the wine. The main and desert courses were a little more simple, but still tasty. The service was knowledgeable and the pace of courses was fine. It is not a very quiet restaurant, but we could still understand each other and the waiters. Overall I would recommend it!

7.5/10Food was really good. Trully enjoyed it. Service is ok, do what they have to, but no personal touch or any extra attention. Just the requred minimum. Ambiance is pleasant.
