All in all a pleasant dining experience. First courses were very tasty, main course lacking in that something to make them extra special. We opted to skip dessert as we saw these in a refrigerator in the restaurant and they didn’t look particularly inviting. Thank you !

Wow! What a charming delicious treat! The portions were large and the recipes delightful The fig jam and meat and cheese boards were tasty and the lasagna was unlike I’ve ever had. If you are fortunate to sit on the terrace under the fig tree it’s all the better!

Everything about Bistrot a’ Ficaredda was fantastic. Service, vibe, setting all top notch. And the food! Each thing we ate was better than anything you’ve ever tasted! If you are looking for authentic Sicilian fare, get there. It’s well worth the trip up to Castelmola.

Our dinner was for my partner’s birthday and we had the ravioli , mushroom fettuccine and pesto lasagne, the service was prompt and The dishes were absolutely delicious. Clean and authentic and not smothered in oil or cheese. We had their Lemoncello spritz and Aperol spritz which were really good. Would love to go back

Basic restaurant and basic food, good quantities but did not live up to expectations
Bistrot A' FicareddaIf you had read the information about our restaurant carefully, before coming and being refined, you would have read that we are a home-made restaurant, with basic home-made cuisine. We are not a starred restaurant, we do not deserve such a low rating after the hard work behind the dishes you ate. But thank you anyway.

Lovely restaurant in the beautiful little town of Caste mola. The staff were friendly and attentive the food was outstanding. Worth the trip up the hill.

It’s worth going up the hill to visit this lovely restaurant run by this lovely couple. Our food was really delicious.

Excellent food and prices. Very nice atmosphere. Incredible desserts and size of the dishes. Probably the best restaurant in the Taormina area. Real value for money.

Overall excellent. Nice antipasti, good, english speaking staff, great pasta, awesome casatta. The only letdown was the tiramisu - worst we've ever had. It was just whipped cream. No mascarpone, no eggs. Still, worth to go there for the pasta, wine and antipasti. Just avoid the tiramisu.
