10/10This little spot is classic Parisian bistro. Serving up Paris standards. The head waiter is a superb human, he felt compelled to tell us that gratuity/service in Paris is always included. He seemed sincerely concerned that tourists are getting ripped off. This is a great restaurant. I'll be back.

3.5/10I think the staff weren't respectful enough. There was only one server and one chef. The steak was a bit dry, though the duck legs were okay. When the server asked if we had finished, I said we hadn't. Later, when I asked her to clear the plates, she said, "I just asked if you were finished, and you said no. Unless you can speak proper English, don't ask me to do anything." My dining experience was ruined by that point. The billing process went smoothly, and the server seemed happy. Afterward, I kindly suggested that she could be friendlier to guests. She replied, "I don't think your English is good enough, and I won't take your friendly advice."

10/10Service was extra careful and flexible towards our girls special needs. Lots of interesting daily specials. Great place all together. This has become our weekly spot, whether in family or couple ;)

I'm not good at English, but the server responded kindly. We ordered escargots, burger, and cream brulee for two, and the server gave us an extra plate. The food was all delicious. The server asked if the food was good and brought me what I needed. I made a reservation through the Fork app and got a 50% discount. Thanks to the server and food of this restaurant, my dinner with my daughter was really great.

Burger and Bavette delicious. French fries can do better and desserts so yummy Above all was Amazing service 5*, I would say Chloe is truly asset for the company.Her dedication and integrity really represents what excellent service is all about. Warm welcome, very engaging, efficient and smart proactive. We were having difficulty to pay with fork pay since we still don’t get used to it, we are nearly leaving without paying. forget to press. she handled without prejudice, I believe people would become loyal customers thanks to her service

Pleasant atmosphere, quality service, the person who served us was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially the crème brûlée, which was divine. I recommend it and will return whenever I am in Paris.

10/10We enjoyed our dinner at Bistrot XVI from the beginning. We received a friendly greeting and saw two dinner specials that looked interesting (pork tenderloin and lentils, swordfish and ratatouille) and ordered them. They were superb! The ambience is Parisian bistrot - happy diners enjoying conversations. Good food, good wine. We'll be back
