The food is very good. I was a bit disappointed the menu is different than what shows in google as it’s still their Xmas menu but that disappointment faded when food arrived. Stuffed cornish hen is delicious as are the roasted Brussel sprouts and the sweet potato fries were done perfectly. Service is friendly & food arrived quickly. Only downside is it was quite chilly inside. But definitely enjoyed my meal!

Great cozy location! Burger is one of the best in Amsterdam with endless fries! On a previous visit I dropped my phone in the canal from an outside table. The restaurant was very supportive and I got my phone back with a man with magnet. This will always be a hilarious memory and our got to burger stop!

While my steak was amazing and our starters were really lovely, the occasional smell from the drains kept wafting in to the restaurant. A definite smell of sewage- only every so often but enough to notice when it came. Shame.

The welcome was great, while we were just finishing our appetizers we were asked abruptly to move our tables, and were offered the choice of sitting somewhere in a corner, or smack in the middle of the restaurant, because they accepted a last minute reservation that required more tables to be added together to suit the needs of a new party. Fully understand that things can happen, however how you deal with it, they restaurant and its staff needs to reexamine. No apologies, just "you need to move now, we need this table". Bad service.
