8.5/10Four of us had an early evening meal at 7pm, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. An excellent starter of baked Camembert to share with delicious toast. The main courses , a steak, duck breast, dourada and risotto were good too but not outstanding due to a little lack of seasoning for our palates. Desserts were beautifully presented and delicious. Overall a good experience.

10/10Fine dining at blackfrog! Perfect bochechas with a twist and peito de pato that was cooked to perfection. Great service with a smile and good etiquette. We will be back

9.5/10We ate in this restaurant last night, 31st August. We had a delicious meal. My husband had prawns as a starter and I had scallops. Both were scrumptious. For our main course we both had steak, mine a rib eye , my husband Blackfrog steak.very flavoursome . We could actually have shared one as they were quite large. The chips were twice cooked and were yummy. We shared a dessert and that was nice. The young man serving us was v helpful and pleasant.

9.5/10Good food and friendly people. Second time we had dinner in the Black Frog. Their English is good, which makes communication easy. Wine is good and their knowledge of the wine is also quite okay. Watch out for the prices, not to become too expensive. We'll be back!

7/10Lovely interior with relaxed lighting. Menu mainly focused on meat, with interesting accompaniments. Arrived, was quickly served bread, offered a single food menu between us, although waiter only talked to my dining companion. When (after 20 minutes) I asked for a drink, waiter eventually brought a drinks menu. No wine offered and had to prompt for additional drinks. Starter was a mishmash (raw salmon, apple and strange garlic sauce), main risotto was tasty, cacau mousse dessert was indulgent. Service verged on hostile, and greatly detracted from our experience. All in all, expensive evening out , but not quite the experience I had hoped for.

9.5/10Excellent!!! We are welcomed with good atmosphere, good lighting and decoration, which soon makes us well disposed. The service is extremely friendly, pleasant and professional. They give (good) suggestions and propose different things. We ate an entrance that under the banal name of "broken eggs", had nothing banal. It was no less than exceptional. The dishes we tasted ("Dourada in Rizzoto" and Octopus) were absolutely perfect. All accompanied by an unexpected, but very good, Sommersby sangria. We no longer went to dessert (we were very satisfied with starters and dishes) but they had some rather tempting proposals. If any defect has, it will be the excess of exposure to the street for those who stay by the glass. I will come back for sure. IT IS VERY GOOD!!!

10/10Amazing food and service! Prices are fair for the experience. The staff is very fiendly and helpfull. The green apple sangria is a must. The meat was great as well.

10/10Amazing atmosphere, very nice staff. Meat are very nicely cooked. There’s only space for improvements with the deserts that are very original but none of them impress.
