Food was ok .fresh fish very expensive 92 euros for Turbot for the two of us it was not a big fish .

Quite disappointed overall to be honest the restaurant looks lovely and vibe was busy but sadly the food didn’t match up. Perhaps we ordered wrong with pasta (a lot of people with pizzas) but the Vongole was very average without many clams or flavour and the special with Langoustine didn’t have much meat inside. The most disappointing was the service…no finger bowls/towelettes offered for the shellfish we had to ask twice, no dessert menu offered only coffee so had to ask. The waiters constantly bumping into my chair to cut through to other diners tables (no walkway so the layout isn’t great on the terrace). All in all a poor experience for €90. 2 pasta dishes 2 glasses of house white 2 espressos Table cover (bread/oil/balsamic)

We ordered pizzas, maybe on reflection with the fish prevalent on the menu, this is what we should have gone for. My wife returned hers it came swimming on olive oil. Italians like more oil than us from UK but even I thought it excessive. Staff were quick to replace so cannot fault service. Not wishing to criticise the restaurant, we put the average experience down to bad choices

The service and food were excellent! We had fresh fish which was cooked to perfection. Lour hosts were attentive without being in your face and gave us great detail on the cooking process.

Watching the pizzas in the oven sometimes 4 at a time in a real fire was great to watch and they tasted great…

We booked a table, so got a table straight away on arrival. Made our choices. Then waited 32 minutes for our food to be served. Husband and I both chose pizza. Husbands pizza base was soggy. Mine was OK. Overall we tried Blu Cobalt but we would not go again.

Bookings are pointless as you are made to stand in queue and no table is kept. Staff overwhelmed with level of covers so limited service possible. Food whilst good is overshadowed by lack of ambience and care

My wife’s salad was fine and the staff were pleasant. However my pizza was one of the most unpleasant I have ever (partially) eaten. A seriously undercooked doughy mess. Several of the reviews for this restaurant indicate the same problem . Perhaps time for the restaurant to invest in a new hotter pizza oven since they claim to be pizza specialists.

Let me start by saying that the ambiance is wonderful. I ordered a tuna tartar appetizer and it was so disappointing. They used the wrong cut of tuna , therefore it wasn’t chopped properly and had a lot of thin hard white/silvery membrane/ tissue which was not edible. It also was not seasoned at all. My husband ordered an octopus salad and a pizza . Those were good. We did wait for our pizza for half an hour

Possibly the best fish restaurant in the Mediterranean! We were in Baja Sardiinia for 8 days and ate in this restaurant on 4 occasions. The quality of the food and service are absolutely superb. We have travelled all round the Med and frankly this is the most enjoyable restaurant we have ever experienced. The quality of the food- octopus, sea bream, prawns is first class and the wine selection especially of Vermentinos is a revelation- you can try at least eight of them by the glass .. and we did over several visits! The staff are brilliant --friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. From the starter Negroni made with a local gin to the final melon based digestif, they are just perfect. This place is a real find!!!!!

Very busy at 8.30pm on a Saturday. Hugely popular restaurant and excellent all round. The recommend fish of the day for two people (sea bream) is around €75 - quite expensive but great food

New addition to the Baja Sardinia landscape. Excellent Neapolitan style pizza, with soft and tasty dough, baked in a wood-fired oven. Kind young staff. Nice outdoor seating, at the oven side of the restaurant, with a beautiful view of the green forest. Good prices.

Great restaurant, definitely the best in Baia Sardinia. Our waiter who seemed to manage the other staff and also served customers was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and gave us a liquer and a dessert for free on our second visit as there was a delay with our order. I would recommend to everyone.

The location is nice, only 5 minutes walking distance from the main square of Baja Sardinia. The food is well served and tasty, however they should pay more attention to the preparation, e.g. I have ordered a pizza with Parma ham, rocket and tomatoes, when the pizza arrived I imeediately notices a smell of garlic coming from it, I am allergic to garlic, but didn't say anything cause my pizza was not supposed to have garlic as ingredient. When I called the waiter and asked him why there was garlic, he told me that the chef had made a mistake and out some garlic-oil on top of the pizza. They were very kinfld to make a new one in no time, still, I found it very dangerous to add ingredients which are not written or explained. Overall, I would come there, the pizza was really delicious.

This Restaurant was perfect. It was so good, that we come twice. Super Service and the best Pizza in Italy. Thanks for the perfect evenings.

The visit started off well with attentive staff. Our drinks and first course arrived quickly and all the food was excellent. Unfortunately it went down hill from there. We watched other people who had arrived after us get their second courses while we waited and waited. Eventually my wife’s secondi arrived. She had half finished by the time mine arrived. Other people were offered drink refills but not us although the glasses were cleared. Other people were repeatedly asked how their mains were but not us. Was it because they ordered expensive fresh fish? We asked for a desert menu which still hasnt arrived. I then asked for the bill which didnt arrive after 15 minutes. I stood up and asked at the counter for the bill as i was sick of asking and not receiving while others received without asking. At this stage the maitre d offered us free dessert and limoncello claiming they were busy (which was true) but i was so incensed that i insisted on paying immediately so we could leave. As an Australian i expect everyone to be treated the same and for some unclear reason this did not occur in blu cobalto. We wont be going back.
Blu CobaltoHi good evening, first of all thank you for your comment. You entered the club when there were not yet people and you received the attention that anyone receives. Unfortunately at one point in the evening the place was full and perhaps it didn't get the early evening attention. We have done everything possible to resolve the issue in the best possible way, offering a sweet and digestive, unfortunately not appreciated by her and her lady. I'm sorry about what happened. I wish you a good evening. As for her waiter, he was not annoyed but glad that he had paid for her dessert to make it up to her.

Great pizzas and tiramisu! The waiters are lovely, great location, and very good prices - we were surprised at how cheap how bill was.

Nice pizzeria in Baja Sardinia city center.. Very good pizza and perfect service. Relaxed atmosphere and really helpful people.
