- Dry white wine made of vermentino, chardonny and sauvi- gnon blanc grapes with a floral and fresh taste.
- Chardonnay - les gres
- Golden yellow in color. Much typicity due to the clear notes of brioche and almonds. Very elegant and pure taste of white fruit, very fresh and pure with a soft aftertaste.
- Sauvignon blanc - le dropt
- Pleasantly dry taste with fresh smells of grass and buxus, a pure stake with some vegetal impressions, pleasantly dry, beautiflly pure with a lot of juice, nice amount of freshness and enjoy- able aftertaste.
- Blue moscatel
- Pale yellow in color. Dusty nutmeg in the nose. Semi sweet wine with a fresh taste of nutmeg grape aroma, fresh acids and an elegant and lively taste. Stimulating, fresh, sweet and not too heavy.
- Pinot grigio (bio) - terra di marca
- A light color with a reddish linge. The fragrance is intense, full and considerably aromatic with exotic fruit, grapefruit and honey. Taste with a spicy freshness and perfectly balanced with ripe fruit in the aftertaste.
- Verdejo - torcanto
- Pale yellow in color. Fruity and lightly dusted nose. Pleasantly dry in taste, juicy with hints of banana, apple, citrus and pine- apple. A wine with a smooth aftertaste.
- Riesling - becker landgraf j2
- This is a nice, fresh and soft riesling van becker landgraf with aromas of peach, lime and citrus, a slightly salty minerality and a long-lasting aftertaste.
- Spatburgunder blanc de noir
- Bright and intense in color. Lively and fruity fragrance. Soft. nutty taste with a hint of pomegranate. The aftertaste is broad with fresh acidity.
- Pinot grigio punggi
- Soft yellow in color. Its fragrance consists of honey, kumquats and sucade. The rich clay base adds thickness and creaminess paired with a juicy structure. The old vines provide small grapes which give a lot of concentrate with a long finale.

- A classic saint-emilion traditionally made with impressions of oak from wood aging and a juicy, merlot-dominated taste. Pleasant and fresh character.

- Pale yellow in color. Subdued aroma containing white fruit and toast. Fresh and elegant stake with soft mousse, clean and pure in the mouth, pleasantly dry, fairly broad and complex.

- Bright color, pale yellow. Pleasant fruit in the nose, apricot. Soft and smooth stake, full and very pure, in addition to a tingling freshness also some ripe notes of toast. Lovely mousse, pleasantly dry with a long finale.

- This well made tanrei junmai starts off by showing bright fruit such as green melon, peach and tangerine but has a pleasantly dry finish full of sweet spice. Drink warm or chilled.
- Hana awaka (7% / 250 ml)
- A sweet and refreshing sparkling sake with a bit of pear. Yellow plum and cherry blossom taste, chilled served.
- Jozen blue (12,5% / 300 ml)
- Extremely well made sake on first impression is very floral with notes of cantaloupe and nectarine. The palate re- veals much more depth such as pomegranate, vanilla and buttery com ending with a perfect balance of acidity.
- Minatoja tosuke (15,5% / 630 ml)
- This elegant junmai daiginjo is full of apples such as gala and macintosh with slight earthy quality. The mid palate shows apricot, peach end rose water with a clean dry finish.
