We were pleasantly surprised as we walked in Blunotte! They warm welcome , the cozy ambience and attentive service was promising! We had a prawn creamy pasta and a tuna and steak mains and it was all lovely ! On top of that we were able to use our yums so the bill was also a nice 😉

Nice place, in the historical center of Lecce, right behind one of the 3 gates of the old town, Porta San Biagio. The menu is a mix of fish and meat, with few vegetarian options. The quality of the food is good, and the fresh fish tray is a plus. The execution can be improved, but nothing dramatically wrong. Service was polite with some small mistakes. In my opinion the quality/price ratio could be better, but with the TheFork offer that was fixed. A small mistake in the bill (that I realized after we left the restaurant, so we did not bring to attention). Net: one of the few places to eat fresh fish downtown Lecce. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Little bit overpriced but we are in the historical center, so…

The restaurant has such a beautiful interior. The service was friendly and efficient and, perhaps most importantly, the food was exceptional. Prices fair. Would love to return.

Was repeatedly told this is where the locals go to have fish. We went 3 nights in a row and the food was exceptional each time, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

The food is excellent and our first visit was lovely. However, this evening everyone seemed to extremely grumpy, especially the thin waiter dressed all in black. Even if there are issues ‘behind the scenes’ they should left behind before reaching the diner’s tables.

Blunotte had excellent seafood! We were greeted warmly but the servers seemed uninterested and bored. They were polite and efficient. The bad part of our experience was due to the fact that smoking is allowed at the outdoor seating. The table one foot from us smoked 5 or 6 cigarettes in the one hour we were there. The smoke blew directly on us and ruined our eating experience. We rushed through our meal and skipped dessert. Just bad luck for us, I guess.

A good restaurant with excellent food and wine. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food—especially the appetizers—was truly outstanding. We had local wines, which were excellent and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

+4I first visited Blunotte in 2016, when I enjoyed Aragosta pasta. The taste was great. I frequently visit several cities in southern Italy such as, Napoli, Sorrento, Taormina, Siracusa, etc, but the Blunotte is the most delicious seafood restaurant in all my experiences. Especially, linguine con Aragosta, linguine con scampi, and linguine al nero di seppia are quite excellent. Before visiting Blunotte, I've believed that Japanese cuisine is the best way to enjoy seafood because I am Japanese and have many experiences to eat Japanese seafood, but this was merely fancy. The Blunotte is the great restaurant that teach me the best way to enjoy seafood.

The food was quite good. They brought my food (3 dishes) all at one time, but brought nothing for my friend (she had ordered 2 dishes). We had to ask about her food, and then I had the impression that our question prompted them to start preparing it. Later they brought both of her dishes together. Also, when they seated us at the table, there was only one chair for 2 persons.

Compliments to the chef! Excellent food but the staff could be taught how to smile and be more gracious with the patrons.

Food was excellent and I rated it 5 stars. Unfortunately we were served extremely fast and almost got kicked out to free the table even though there were many free tables and no people waiting. This is not how you treat guests.

We had a wonderful meal tonight. Started with Capres salad. Then we shared the swordfish and linguine with seafood. All delicious. Seafood is extremely fresh and well prepared. Great meal and great wine.

We had an amazing meal here at Blu Notte! They kindly found space for us outside on the terrace and the service was excellent. The food was delicious -the broad bean and chicory purée was to die for! Portions were generous and reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This was our favorite restaurant in all of Puglia. Spent a total of four weeks traveling around the boot, returned to this restaurant four times as the food and service was outstanding!

Our service was excellent. They accommodated my gluten allergy with an exceptional allergy menu and brought delicious GF baguettes while my hubby noshed on a variety of homemade breads. We shared the seafood risotto which I give 5 stars. We asked for a better table which they said “was impossible “ so we were stuck near the service entrance which is why I knocked off a star.

A peaceful atmosphere and a great location in the heart of the city centre. Maybe a wider choice in the menu and just an extra bite in portions would have helped. All in all a valuable restaurant

It’s one of the favourite restaurants for me and my wife’s in Puglia! Great service, excellent food and a good wine menu! We’ve been there several times to try different things! Always great to go there!
