10/10The restaurant itself is such a comfortable atmosphere. Two small rooms with candles on the tables that provide an intimate feel and the food was incredible. We had a very nice traditional crostini with liver pate and a pasta dish. I ordered a simple fettuccini with bolognese sauce but there was nothing simple about the fettuccini. It was truly as good or better than any pasta I've ever tasted - and I've been fortunate to spend a great deal of time in Italy. My wife ordered the pear and pecorino ravioli and reported it to be the best pasta dish she's ever tasted. So, what began as a quiet, smallish meal turned into one of the finest tasting meals of our weeklong stay in Florence. Don't be fooled by this little unassuming looking place on the Piazza, see for yourself. I couldn't give a higher recommendation!

10/10Whenever we are in Firenze we have at least one meal here. The last time was two years ago. This year so far we have been twice. It is better than we remembered. We'll be back.

Everything was fantastic! The eggplant dish I had was perfection. The lasagna was truly the best my group has ever had. The service was impeccable and the ambience was just right.

10/10A lovely restaurant right on the lively historical piazza. The food was great, especially the Fiorentina steak, and the staff were very welcoming. Hostess Lulu was so nice in accommodating all our requests (one of the party was celiac etc) and making sure we were enjoying our dinner. She spoke perfect English and was honest in her recommendations, which enhanced our experience. We liked it so much that we came back on two other occasions!

9/10My friend was in Italy for the first time. His friend back home had recommended Boccadama so 4 of us came to the restaurant for my friend's birthday. The food was wonderful, ambiance cozy and quiet and the service was lovely. A great recommendation from abroad!

10/10Quiet little table for two, inside next to a window, gave us a perfect setting to start our adventure in Florence. Marco and Giorgio were so attentive, and delivered the best food I’ve ever tasted to our table. I will be eating here a few more times while in Florence.

6/10The location was super. The service was friendly but not overly glowing. The starter was ok though a little disappointing (the mozzarella was not as fresh and tasty as I'd expected it to me). The ravioli for main course was very good. Generally ok. Would I rush back? prob not.
