It is never as good as the first time. We were here some years ago, and it was great. This time, it was disappointing. Everything tasted bland. The chicken with gangbao sauce had nothing to do with gangbao. Not a hint of anything Sichuanese. No peppers, no taste, nothing. We sent it back to the kitchen and it came back ..not one iota spicier or more Sichuanese. Our bad, should not have ordered Sichuanese in a Hong Kong restaurant that has Thai items on the menu. The prawn rolls: bland. The aubergine in breadcrumbs: good texture, but: bland. Even the white rice was bland - not joking. We strongly suspected the lady that showed herself in a cooks' costume was not from the Chinese East Coast. Well ...probably a new owner since we were here the first time. Nice staff, by the way. We gave up, paid the bill and left. You can't win them all.

Foods are ok but the portions are quite small. Nice deco. Busy on Saturday lunch and they told us to leave immediately after we finished eating because people were queuing.

Good ambience and food. Service is poor as the staff was rude , asked us to leave the table if we don’t intendo to order more. We were a group of 4, each of us had ordered a started , first and second - apart from drinks. It was shockingly rude.

I enjoyed eating at Bokok a lot. The service was fast and the food was fresly made. At the entrance you can even see the preparations in the kitchen. It's unusual to have such a modern looking Chinese restaurant, so it definitely made it a nicer experience. The staff was friendly, so I will definitely come back.

An interesting venue with great character, friendly staff and delicious food. The library-come-plant vibe in a millennial’s dream. Food is reliably delicious and the price point is what you would expect from a mid-tier lunch spot in Milan. That means that it’s a little higher than some other options in China Town but it’s definitely worth a visit. Staff are friendly but Italian and English were a little broken at times, depending on who you speak with. Will be going again, for sure.

Very good restaurant for lunch in Milan, food is pretty cheap comparing to other places, portion sizes are adequate and great to share with others. Service is quick and ordering has been made easy with a use of tablet, so even if you don't know the language you can easily see the pictures. The whole reataurant looks freshly renovated and is very clean.

There are some dishes that are really good like the chicken feet and the pork ribs but other than that, the rest are so so.

I liked the very clean and colourful atmosphere. Very bright, without being cold. The food was very good and the serving plates and glasses are prettier than in your typical Chinese restaurant. The bill was adequate. However you can place your order via a tablet, and our food arrived all at different times, and if you’re sitting at the bottom of the room, it can be difficult to catch the attention of the staff, who can’t see you, until they’ve decided to go to your table. I wish the room temperature inside the restaurant had been warmer. Overall it was a pleasant dinner. I would like to go again and try some other dishes.

Loved the atmosphere! But the food is nothing special, all the courses arrived kinda cold and not all together. A bit disappointing!

Really a great service and food overall. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed for groups. Crew is really friendly and service is fast. Food variety is great and there are many options, reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend.

The restaurant has a really nice design. You can order the food on a tablet. We had a small problem ordering some dishes by mistake but the staffs helped us immediately to solve the problem. The food is delicious. Highly recommended!
