Excellent! Everything was delicious, the setting was calm and pleasant, and the food was authentic Thai. The service was also perfect. They opened a month ago, so don't hesitate to try it!

We are so happy to have found Bolan. When we got to Paris, we were looking for something light and fresh for dinner. Bolan was that and so much more. The vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine were woven into delicious dishes which had the beauty and delicacy of an expert French touch. Entrées, Plats, Desserts, we had to try them all, so we went two days in a row. Entrées: Yum Som Ô - Incredible salad of various fruits and vegetables. Ingredients so fresh and harmonious Plats: Pad Pak - A dish of stir fried vegetables with tofu and mushroom tempura. On paper, a seemingly simple dish, but the depth of flavor that was drawn out of every vegetable was something magical Pad Thaï Royal - Pad Thai made to an unmatched standard. Noodles were wonderfully chewy and had a fragrance that can only be described by a Cantonese expression: Wok Hei which translates to Breath of the Wok Desserts: Khao Niao Mamuang - Fresh mango and lightly sweet, creamy coconut with sticky rice.
