Compared to 2022 we were very disappointed! Waited more than a hour for the second plate were we had to return cold and uncooked meat….! Helpless poor waitress without chief’s support. Really a poor performance! The Bolgheri Bistro is now deleted from our Toscana pocket list!

Amazing restaurant, one of my favorites of all time. Excellent, knowledgeable, nice, fast, cultural and kind service. All members of the staff are really one of a kind. My top 3! A must visit.
