The food was overall good. However, the experience was ruined by a serious issue with YUMS. The restaurant accepts YUMS but the staff clearly did not understand how they work. Instead of applying the correct CHF 35 discount, they only applied CHF 24. I had to argue, insist, and explain the system myself before the correct discount was finally applied. During this discussion, I was told that I was no longer welcome in the restaurant. Very disappointing and unprofessional handling of a loyalty program they advertise as accepted.

Perfect desi food in Geneva , we ordered chicken karahi, mutton karahi, Naan & Biryani and then tea as well. Everything was great in taste, good portion size, staff was welcoming. Had great time at Bombay.

Good service and delicious Indian tea, mixed pakora (entry dish) and Lamb Tikka Massala. On the other hand, the vegetables of the sidh "mixed vegetable" were not very fresh and the lamb of the delicious creamy lamb dish was not well cooked.... Ambiance: too noisy since radio was on from the loudspeakers as well as the 2nd entry door which let in cold air just 2m from our table.....

I wish we could give zero stars. The owner was rude from the get go when we mentioned we booked through the fork. He started by saying we needed to modify our reservation to note 2 guests only (even though there were 4 of us) because according to him, kids don’t count and he has to pay something. We didn’t understand but moved on and ordered our food and asked for a carafe of water (standard practice in Geneva). He refused to give us waters and said we had to buy a bottle. When we used our own waters he said it was ‘against the law and we would be fined”. He then brought out half portions of food (at 26-30 a plate, the food was minuscule). Basically this man was an incredibly cheap restaurant owner who shouldn’t be allowed to do business via the Fork.

Good service. Authentic in some aspects, lacking in some. All in all, not a bad option for Indian cuisine in Geneva. Give it a shot if you know what you want to eat and can specify how you want the dish to be prepared!

The cleanliness is questionable. There were dead insects on the table and the owner who was serving us just pushed them off our table like it was nothing. Then when he poured our drinks I remarked that there was a stain on my glass and he touched the glass with his fingers to clean it (the spot where I put my lips). Very questionable.
