Food here was absolutely delicious. It’s slightly off the main road so not super busy. Highly recommend the octopus, the Korean chicken and the fried fish.

Food was very good, but service terribly slow and the place was too hot, they did not put the a/c on low even when we asked several times and we were the only clients at the restaurant.

What a hidden gem!! This family is phenomenal!!! The food is absolutely amazing, presentation is perfecto, the vino and the vibes were so great. We were lucky to make some great friends during our visit and we highly recommend this place!

The food was excellent, definitely in my top 3 restaurants in Palermo over the past five months. The service was one of the best I’ve experienced in Palermo during these five months. Go here if you want to have a great evening ❤️

It was a lovely fusion of international flavors. The wine was excellent, the service impeccable, and the family warm and welcoming. We would love to return and are happy to recommend to anyone visiting Palermo.

Very good tapas with yummy 😋 flavours. Music was great for us and warm staff. Got on well with them and thought I had Sicilian attitude which was a bonus for me.

Everything exceeded our expectations! We have both been in the restaurant business for years and can’t stop raving about it! The Bao is not to be missed! One of our favorites in Palermo.

Went there on my last day in Palermo. Super restaurant away from the noisy and touristic spots. Food was great and sharing tapas was refreshing after eating pasta/pizza for a whole week. Cocktails were amazing and prepared meticulously. Service was perfect, staff was super friendly and nice.

Yoooo what are you waiting for the food was exceptional honestly haven’t had tapas where I felt like every plate was made to be perfect, I’m writing this review a day after and my mouth is watering!! I think the location is just a minute off the “main” road and that’s why it haven’t gotten the attention it deserves. Book it. Now. I’m telling ya

I loved this restaurant. It had beautiful Sicilian dishes but with a welcome twist from the dishes available elsewhere in town. I had squid ink pasta but with an amazing clarity of lemon, butter and seafood. Surprisingly that had both a Korean and Japanese chicken dishes that were far elevated above the normal versions of those dishes. Amazing caramelised chicken skin flavour in both with fantastic garnishees. The waiter as also very friendly and helpful with the wines. You may have to wait slightly longer for your food here but it is well worth it. I also liked the location in a quiet piazza away from the main Maqueda. I’m disappointed I can’t return when passing through Palermo as it seems to just open in the evenings.

This is the best dinner we had in Sicily. The food is both interesting and delicious. We paid over double at other restaurants and they were a disappointment in comparison. We had five tapas and a bottle of wine between two and the bill was €75. The service is excellent and the interior is well designed. It’s absolutely worth a visit.

Presentation is amazing, ideas are great, but taste was poor. We were a company of five and tried almost everything on the menu. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.

Atmosphere was cool and the attention by the waiter team was even better. However, portions are quite smaller than we expected according to the price. Quality might be great, but tastes and quantity not. We got a discount thankfully which was great and made the bill reasonable, otherwise we would regret.

Fantastic evening at Borgese Tapas Bar. Beautiful restaurant, extremely friendly staff and gorgeous food. What else can you ask for?! Highly recommend.

A restaurant you would not find without the Fork: isolated, building in repair … But good food and prices attractive with the discount. One pasta plate is enough to feed you

Till now, we visited probably 10 restaurants in Sicily, but this was definitely the best one! I especially appreciate the food, the service and the music (at the most place the background music is really bad, but this was a nice electronic ambient). The must visit!

Really good place, unexpected. The menu is really small but everything taste fresh and with the perfect balance.
