10/10Our experience in the restaurant was very unique. The menu was personalised to our tastes and very delicious. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and the service and staff were very polite and attentive. We ordered the vegetarian menu from "psyche" and it was very fulfilling. Highly recommend.

10/10Everything was perfect for a very special anniversary celebration. Service was polite, unobtrusive, and impeccable. Our waiter, Francesco, was professional yet warm and friendly. The setting is charming, calm, and subdued. The creativity of the chef was evident in each dish—all very fresh and delicious. This is our top recommendation for eating out in Milan.

10/10Wonderful atmosphere and what an attentive service. The staff made for an excellent experience. The courses were well balanced and exciting and the wine pairings were simply beyond words. Highly recommended for a fine dining night in Milano. Compliments to the team.

6.5/10We had the psyche menu, where they ask some questions to figure out the best menu for the guests. Unfortunately they only used the information about “don’ts” - not the do’s - so eventhough I answered “spaghetti” when asked about my favorite dish from my childhood (and being in Italy) none of my courses contained pasta! Another person in our group stated “something with lumpfish roe” as a favorite , but it was not a part of her menu - but it was for a third person who didn’t mention it? Finally the fat free meat was full tendons, Sp we couldn’t eat it. Also the wine pairing was very disappointing: 95 euros for six glasses containing max. 3 mouthful - that’s 95 euros for app. 1,5 glass of wine! It would be a lot more fair to call it “wine tasting” ! The ambience was beautiful though, and the waitress did her best to make it a pleasant evening.

10/10The service, the atmosphere, the experience, the food selected for us, the wine pairings selected for us - incredible. This is an expensive, fine dining experience - but it is worth every cent. Absolutely must go.

10/10I came to Borgia to celebrate my birthday with my family, and it was the most sublime dining experience I have ever had. The restaurant ambience is unreal- you are seated at desks that look more like meeting tables than dining tables, and the servers immediately come to give you some aperitifs and snacks. The main tasting menu with the wine pairings were incredibly delicious, and the little birthday dish they prepared was so delightful as well. It was definitely pricy, given that it’s a Michelin restaurant, but everything was absolutely perfect. If I am in Milan ever again, I will definitely try to find the occasion to come back.

9.5/10Great, modern restaurant. Had the tasting menu with wine pairings -- an overall wonderful meal with outstanding flavors and interesting preparations. Not flawless (at one point, the servers lost track of where things were in the service and served a dessert wine before the last main dish came, which was a bit disappointing). Overall, I would absolutely go back and would not hesitate to recommend Borgia to others.

10/10The staff was above friendly to us. Service and attention to detail was outstanding. A drop of water on table and was wiped quickly. The sommelier was very helpful for our wine pairing with the dishes and after dinner drinks. The food was tasty and floors that weee mixed were incredibly great for our palate

10/10I recently dined at Borgia restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the 10-dish gourmet food experience. The dishes were all expertly prepared and beautifully presented, and the flavors were truly exceptional. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and was able to make recommendations based on our preferences. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also lovely - the decor was stylish and the ambiance was relaxed and inviting. Overall, I would highly recommend Borgia restaurant for anyone looking for a special dining experience. The gourmet food was truly top-notch and the service was exceptional. It's definitely a place that I will be returning to in the future

9/10The service and restaurant atmosphere were excellent. The desserts, starters and quail were yummy. The pasta dish was not one of our favourites, had a medicinal taste from our perspective. Overall a wonderful meal to end our stay in Milan.

7.5/10Out of 10 courses, first 3-4 were quite good and original, but chef's imagination ran out by course 5, which was just a loaf of bread. Desserts were a nightmare. Service is top notch, akin to a Michelin Starred restaurant, however, food was not to the expected level.

10/10The best meal I had in Milan, very personable waiters and the tasting menu blew my mind, will definitely recommend friends and family visiting Milan. Intimate experience with few tables available. I got the wine pairing (6 drinks) that was a variety of white wines from all across the world.

10/10What a pleasant and delightful surprise this restaurant was. We went for a quick, light dinner in anticipation of a very early following day to catch a plane. We declined the multiple course tasting menu but we were treated to several of the tiny but beautiful and exquisite items from that menu as a much appreciated welcoming gesture. Each item was selected and prepared by the staff with our unique dietary preferences in mind The items that we ordered, included a novel salad, the squid ink risotto with shrimp garnished with grapefruit and the croaker with red pepper sauce and a tomato assortment were all original, fresh and extraordinary. Service was enthusiastic, responsive and very attentive. Of the eight meals that we had in Milan it was our favorite with all star marks for food, service and ambience.
