3/10The fact that we were the only guests on a Saturday evening should have been a sign. Kind staff that welcomed us but then we had to choose from a strange menu. Unclear in every way although they did their best to explain. The first course, pasta with duck, was delicious. But then the main course came. Mixed grill with all sorts of meat. This dish was absolutely dissapointing. Cooked/fried way too long, pork was so dried out, chicken smelled funny, beef not tender. We send the dish back immediately. We expressed our dissapointment and asked for the bill. Both of the main courses were being charged. After asking if they could at least take one course of the menu they called for the chef. Being completely honest about our dissapointment he started yelling to me immediately. Refusing to talk in English ‘because we are in Italy, I’m Italian so we speak Italian here’. That I had ‘no idea about what good food is’, that ‘I was probably used to eating fabricated food’ and although I dont speak Italian I do speak French so very much understood what he was saying about me as a person. Very very very unpleasant situation. Never ever as a chef you talk to your clients like this. There is always an ‘agree to disagree’. This reaction was way out of proportion! I advise e everybody to choose another restaurant in this town.

io sono una persona educata quando gli ospiti sono altrettanto educati SONO ITALIANO orgoglioso di esserlo e sono nel mio paese. la nostra cucina è una ricerca dei prodotti tipici e delle materie prima di altissima qualità motivo per cui non permetto a nessuno di insultare le nostre materie prime: Il pollo è ruspante davvero ed è normale che sia duro come dicasi per tutte le altre carni che utilizziamo. mi dispiace cara signora che nella sua enorme onesta non abbia aggiunto che il conto le è stato in realtà dimezzato. e per finire aggiungo che siamo felici di non avere tra i nostri tavoli clienti così maleducati
