10/10Great and attentive service. The range of food on the menu was wide and everything was prepared with love and care. Good choices of wine as well. Il Bottega can acommodate small and large groups and the interior is modern but still very cozy

10/10Bottega Valtellina never disappoints. Every time I come to Milan, it is a mandatory stop. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The food is great, the environment is cozy, great wine and the service is just impeccable. 10/10 definitely recommend.

10/10The best food and hospitality in whole of Milan. We were in Milan for 3 days for my daughters birthday. We did not get any recommendations for a good place to go out for dinner for her birthday. We came across this place by chance. It’s a real hidden gem. The food was absolutely amazing. My daughter had the Angus beef and I had the risotto. The best we have ever had. The deserts were not that great however. But the hospitality and the service was second to none

9/10Food right on the stop for the price, shame there is no variety for dessert, 6 items of which 3 are tiramisu, no gelato or semifreddo (which is expected being where you are)... It should say only: Tiramisu and then between brackets (with this or that or this other thing) and Coffee (normal, decaf or "orzo") that way you'd see there is only a couple of things.

10/10Loved it! Friendly staff and excellent service, great choice of dishes including gluten free and vegetarian , we’ll prepared, imaginative and, above all - super tasty. Disappointed that we can’t go again before leaving Italy. Grazie Mille!

7/10Ordered a Fiorentina medium-well, it came pretty much blue. Sent it back to recook at least some pieces, came back rare. Same for my son’s tagliata, we ordered medium and came to the table rare.

10/10Couldn’t have been better. Busy, lovely atmosphere. Waiters attentive and charming. Food complimented everything well. Would have gone back the following day if we weren’t out if the area. Top marks and I am picky!

4.5/10Ordered steak and requested for medium done and it was served quite rare. Service staff said that's the "medium" standard of steak in Italy which I think it's nonsense because we had steak at other Italian restuarants (not just milan) and they served the steak as per "universal" definition. Ie. Request medium done and it will served medium done. Definitely not a mix up of order as well because my reservation was early and restuarant was only 10% occupied. Presentation of food was also poor. Really don't understand how the good reviews come about.

10/10Second time in this restaurant and once again, food was great. However timing to serve whole table was challenging once again and this is something you should do better. In our case it meant a couple of minutes of waiting but table next to us had party of four people and one of them got pizza almost 10 minutes before rest of the group.

10/10Highly recommend this restaurant. Though it’s a little off from the main tourist spots, the service and food were both excellent. Ask the staff for off the menu specials. Prices were reasonable. Hope to visit again

10/10Greeted by staff with a drink of champagne when we sat! The menu was all english for us which was so helpfu! We ordered angus & artichoke/pecorino, angus with honey and pasta with pistachio pesto. All we cooked perfectly and delicious! Presented with amaretto and limoncello after our meal. Very satisfied.
